LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
MARIAN I. GODDARD
I, MARIAN I. GODDARD, presently residing and domiciled at
1 Elmhurst Road, Camp Hill, cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my Last Will and hereby revoke all Wills
which I have previously made.
ITEM I: I appoint RICHARD S. BRAUN, of
63 pallant Avenue, Linden, New Jersey, as Executor of my
estate. If he is unable to serve in this capacity, I then
appoint his wife, RUTH M. BRAUN, as Executrix of my estate. If
Ruth is unable to serve in this capacity, I then appoint
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Executor of my
estate.
ITEM II: I give the residue of my estate,
ot whatever nature and wherever situate, in manner following:
A. Sixty percent (60%) thereof to Ruth M. Braun, and if
she should predecease me, this share shall pass to her husband,
Richard S. Braun. If Richard S. Braun should also predecease
me, this share shall then pass to their son, Richard M. Braun.
B. Forty percent (40%) thereof shall be distributed to
Dorothy Clapp, of 9 Dalebrook Road, Bloomfield, New Jersey, and
if Dorothy should predecease me, this share shall pass to the
daughter of Dorothy and Theodore Clapp, Susan M. Clapp.

ITEM III:
The Executor of my estate shall
not be required to file any bond or security to insure the
performance of his duties.
ITEM IV:
I direct that all taxes that

residuary estate as a part of the cost of administration of my
estate.

I, MARIAN I. GODDARD, presently residing and domiciled at
1 Elmhurst Road, Camp Hill, cumberland County, pennsylvania,
declare this to be my Last Will and hereby revoke all Wills
which I have previouslY made.
ITEM I:
I appoint RICHARD S. BRAUN, of
63 pallant Avenue, Linden, New Jersey, as Executor of my
estate. If he is unable to serve in this capaci~y, I then
appoint his wife, RUTH M. BRAUN, as Executrix of my estate. If
Ruth is unable to serve in this capacity, I then appoint
DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, as Executor of my
estate.
ITEM II: I give the residue of my estate,
of whatever nature and wherever situate, in manner following:
A. Sixty percent (60%) thereof to Ruth M. Braun, and if
she should predecease me, this share shall pass to her husband,
Richard S. Braun. If Richard S. Braun should also predecease
me, this share shall then pass to their son, Richard M. Braun.
B. Forty percent (40%) thereof shall be distributed to
Dorothy Clapp, of 9 Dalebrook Road, Bloomfield, New Jersey, and
if Dorothy should predecease me, this share shall pass to the
daughter of Dorothy and Theodore Clapp, susan M. Clapp.

not be required to file any bond or security to insure the
performance of his duties.

I direct that all taxes that
