County, Pennsylvani,a, declnre this instrument to be my Lnst Will
and Testament, in manner and form follOl~ing:
1. I hereby expressly revoke all Wills and Codicils hereto-
fore made by me.
2. I hereby di.rcct my Executrix to pay nll my just debts,
funeral and administrati.ve cxpenses out of my estate, ns soon os
practicable after my dcnth.
3. I devise and bequeath the remainder of my estnte to my
daughter, Carol Ann Hair; nnd to her issue, per stirpes, if she
is not then living.
4. I nominate nnd appoint Farmers Trust Company, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, trustee of the shnre of any beneficinry l~ho may be
a minor. The income nnd/or principal of said trust may be
accumulated or expended for the maintennnce, education and suppo
of such beneficiary as my trustee in its sole discretion may
determine; and my trustee, in thc expenditure of income and/or
principal for such purposes, may, at ita discretion, npply the
same directly without the intervcntion of a guardian or pay the
same to any person having the cnre or control of said beneficiary
or with whom the beneficiary resides, without duty on the part of
the trustee to supervise or inquire into the application of the
funds by any person to whom any payment is so made. The balance
of such income and/or principnl shall be pnid to such beneficiary
upon reaching mnjority, or to ouch beneficiary's estate in the
event of death prior thereto.
S. I nominatc and nppoint my dnughter, Carol Ann Hair, as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament; and as substitute
Executor I nominate and appoint Farmers Trust Company, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania.
