Batcheler, of the Township of East Pennsboro, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare thin as and for my Last Will and Testament hereby re- vokin~ and mnking void Any And all other Wills by me at Any time heretofore made. 1. 1 direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease. 11. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate 1 hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my Trustee, hereinafter named, for the benefit of my husband, DELBERT L. BATCHELER, as follows: 1 direct that my Trustee, hereinafter named, shall take custody of all the assets bequeathed and devised in trust herein, and that he shall have authority to sell assets of the T~ust hereunder as necessary to achieve the purpose of this Trust, and that he shall, if he deems it advisable, invest and reinvest other moneys and the net proceeds derived from the sale of assets, collect the income therefrom, after paying all expenses incident to the mnnagement of the Trust, and he shsll use and apply as much of the net income and principal as may bn necesaary in the sole discretion of my Trustee for the support, and well-being of my husband, DELBERT L. BATCHELER, during his lifetime. After the death of my husband, DELBERT L. BATCHELER, 1 hereby direct my said Trustee to disburse Twenty-Five (25%) Per Cent ~ . ~ . of the balnnce held in trust to my son, CHARLES LANE BATCHELER and Seventy-Five (75%) Per Cent of the said residue to my dnughter, JEAN C. LLOYD. Ill. In the event that my husband, DELBERT L, BATCHELER, predeceases me, then the bequests under Paragraph 11 above shall be divested and 1 then give. devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate unto my children, CHARLES LANE BATCHELER and JEAN C. LLOYD, in the respective shares or Twenty-Five (25%) ror CHARLES LANE BATCHELER nnd Seventy-Five (75%) Per Cent for JEAN C. LLOYD. IV. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, CHARLES LANE BATCHELER, as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. If my said son should predecease me, not qualify or not accept the position of Executor, then 1 hereby nominate, constitute and appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK and TRUST COMPANY as Executor. V. 1 hereby appoint my son, CHARLES LANE BATCHELER, as Trustee of the Trust created by my Last Will. If my said son should predecease me, not qualify or not accept the position of Trustee, then 1 hereby appoint DAUPHIN DEPOSIT BANK and TRUST COMPANY as Trustee. VI.
