C,S. ~3102 and Cumberland County Orphans' Court Rule 6.11-2, it is HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that Mary L. Ingle, Administratrix of the Estate of Richard D. Ingle, deceased, is hereby authorized to distribute the property of the Estate of Richard D. Ingle, deceased, which consists of assets valued at $10,545.12 as set forth in the attached Petition; said assets to be distributed to Mary L. Ingle; subject, however, to deduction for any amount found to be due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for inheritance tax and with the authority of Petitioner to receive, collect and distribute the property as herein set forth and to make any and all necessary assignments and transfers. Deceased SMALL ISTATIS ACT PITITION PURSUANT TO 13102 or THE PEr CODE AND LOCAL RULE 6.11-2 Petitioner, Mary L, Ingle, by her attorneys, Strokoff and Cowden, P.C., hereby petitions the Court for distribution of the Estate of Richard D, Ingle, and in connection therewith, avers as follows: 1. Richard D. Ingle (Decedent) died on October 15, 1994, a resident of 102 Sycamore Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17065. His death certificate is attached hereto as Exhibit A. ... 2. Petitioner, Mary L. Ingle, whose address is also 102 Sycamore Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17065, is the wife of the Decedent. 3. The property owned by Decedent at the time of his death and the value thereof is as follows: Judgment Note originally confessed December 17, 1992 with value of less than $10,545.12 as of the date of this Petition (Exhibit B) 4, Your Petitioner is entitled to claim the family exemption. 5. The only beneficiary entitled to any part of Decedent's estate is Mary L. Ingle, your Petitioner. 6. No unpaid claims against the estate are known to exist, said petitioner having already paid the Decedent's funeral expenses and any debts due at the time of his death. 7. Written notice of Petitioner's intention to file this Petition (Exhibit C) has been given to Decedent's only children: William T. Ingle; Kathryn A. Ingle; Robert F. Ingle; and Peter J. Ingle. An Affidavit of Service of Notice on said children is attached hereto as Exhibit D. The children have consented to the filing of this Petition. Their signed consents are attached as Exhibits E, F, G and H. 8, No disbursements have been made prior to the filing of this Petition. 9.
