LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
GRACE E. TURNS
I, GRACE E. TURNS, of Penbrook, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
void all Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof by me at any
time heretofore made.
ITEM II I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral
shall be paid from my Estate as an Administration Expense.
ITEM 111 I give all of my property, real and personal, to my
children, JOHN W. TURNS, PAUL E. TURNS, SR. and LAURA J. WERTZ,
in three (3) equal shares. In the event that JOHN W. TURNS predeceases
me, his gift shall lapse or be divested, and I give such property as follows:
One-Third (1/3) to his Wife, RUTH W. TURNS, per stirpes; One-Third (1/3)
to PAUL E. TURNS, SR., per stirpes; and One-Third (1/3) to LAURA J.
WER TZ, per stirpes. Particular items shall be allocated among my issue
as they agree, or, if they cannot agree, my Executors shall decide.
ITEM Ill: No interest of any beneficiary under this Will, or any
Codicil hereto shall be subject to anticipation or voluntary or involuntary
alienation.
ITEM IV: In addition to powers given them by law, my Executors

and their succe8S0rs acting hereunder shall have the following powers,
applicable to all property held by them, effective without Court Order
and untll actual distribution:
(A) To retain any property received by them (including
the stock of any corporate fiduciary acting hereunder);
(B) To sell real estate for any purpose, publicly or
privately, for such prices and on such terms as they deem
proper, without liabllity on the purchasers to see to application
of the purchase moneys;
(C) To compromise controversies; and
(D) To distribute in cash or kind or both at such
valuations as they may fix.
ITEM V: All taxes, interest, and penalties thereon payable by
reason of my death with respect to property comprising my groBB taxable
Estate, whether or not passing under this Will, shall be paid from the
principal of my residuary Estate.
ITEM VII I appoint JOHN W. TURNS, PAUL E. TURNS, SR.
and LAURA J. WERTZ Executors of this Will. In the event any of the

sound and disposing mind, memory and underotanding, do make,
publish and declare this a Codicil to my Laot Will and Testament
dated September 23, 1976.

flhereas TOY two sons, JOHN fl. TURNS and PAUL E. TURNS, SR.,
have both predeceased me, and my daughter, LAURA J. WERTZ, is
physically disabled, I hereby revoke the appointment of my said
daughter, LAURA J. WERTZ as an Executrix of my Estate and I do
hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter-in~law,
RUTH W. TURNS, as the sole Executrix of my Last Will and Testament,
and direct that she be excused from posting bond or other security
for the faithful performance of her duties.
2.
I hereby ratify and confirm my Last \'li11 and Testament
in all other respects nnd to all intents and purposes not in~
consistent herewith.
