understanding, do make, publish and declare this my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all prior wills and codicils made at any
time before by me.
FIRST: I direct that all my funeral expenses be paid as soon
as practical after my death.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all my estate, be it
real, mixed or personal, to Vonnie M. Shockey, per stirpes.
THIRD: I hereby nominate and appoint Vonnie M. Shockey, as
the Executrix of this my Last will and Testament.
