I, BETTY L. CASSIDY, hereby declare this my Last Will and Testament and
revoke any and all wills and codicils heretofore made by me. I was previously
married to Robert Joseph cassidy, now deceaeed. My maiden name was Lewis.
PARAGRAPH 1
I reside in Lower Allen Township, Camp Hill, PA. I have four children, who
arel Deborah Cassidy Weeee of Harrisburg, PA, Michael Allen Cassidy of Mt.
Lebanon, PA, Patrick Vincent Cassidy of New Alexandria, PA and Carol Marie
Cassidy of Laguna Riguel, CA.
PARAGRAPH 2
In addition to the material possessions I bequeath to them, I leave to each
of my children my abiding gratitude for the love they have shared with me during
all of my years with them, for the joys we have shared together, and for the care
and understanding they have always provided for me. My life continues in their
lives and the lives of their children.
PARAGRAPH 3
PaYment of Exoenseo and Taxes. As soon after my death as my executrix
deems advisable, ehe shall pay from the residue of my estate the expenses of my
last illness, funeral and burial (or other disposition of my remains,), debts
duly allowed against my estate, expeneee of administration of my eetate, and all
estate, inheritance, succession and other death taxes and duties occasioned by
my death, whether incurred with respect to property passing by this will or
otherwise.

another heir and kept in the family.
C. To my son, Michael Allen Caseidy, my grandparents' French
crystal regulator clock and the original acrylic painting
"Humming Birds" by Martha Gimlin.
D. To my son, Patrick Vincent Cassidy, my great-grandparente'
desk, small, flat-topped truck, my dining room furniture _
table, six chairs, and 2 corner china cabinets, and my Ivy
pattern dinnerware.
E. To my daughter, Carol Marie Cassidy, my grandparente' carved
wood upho1etered chair, two-drewer stand, marble top table and
my pearl ring.

All the reet, reeidue and remainder of my property of whatever kind and
wherever situated ehall be divided into ae many ehareB aB I have children then

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WHEREAS, Betty L. Qlssidy. late of 147
Hillcrest Court, No, 801, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on
January 22, 1996, having first made her Last Will and Testament, which was duly executed on July 21,
1994, and is duly recorded in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, under estate # 21-96-0213;
WHEREAS, the said Betty L, Cassidy, by the aforesaid Last Will and Testament, named Debomh
C. Weese, lIS Executrix of said Last Will and Te~1ament;
WHEREAS, letters testamentary on the estate of the said decedent were duly issued by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to the said Executrix, hereinafter called personal
representative;
WHEREAS, the said personal representative has gathered the assets of the estate of the said
decedent and the assets consist of both real property and personal property, to a total value of
$155,577.07, as sel fonh in Exhibit A, which is a statement of account of the said personal
representative, and which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, und marked Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the debts and deductions, including the payment of inheritance tax in the said e~1ate,
amounl to $25,038.30, leaving a balance for distribution of $130,538.77, also as set fonh in the statement
of the said personal representative, which is attached hereto und marked Exhibit A;
WHEREAS, the balance for distribution as shown in the said statement marked Exhibit A has
been distributed as herein indicated in accordance with the tenns of the La~1 Will and Testament of the
said decedent;

Deborah C, Weese, the heirs under the Lust Will and Testament of the suid dccedcnt, and being those
persons entitled 10 inhcrit under suid Lust WiIlund Testlllnent, do hereby each of us, ucknowlcdge thut
we huve this day hud and received from thc uforesuid personal reprcsentative, in full Slltisfaction und
payment of all sum or sums of money, legacies, bequcsts, and dcviscs as are given, deviscd and
bequeathed to each of us respectively by thc suid Lust Will and Testament, the amonllls duc us under
said Last Will and Testament, which amonnts we have received this day, and which amounts are in the
amount set opposite our respective names in the lable and schedule of distribution in suid stutement
attached hereto and marked Exhibit A;
AND, each of us does hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense and time involved in
the filing of a fonnal account and schedule of dbtribution, we each agree that no account is necessary
lIIId we do hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being made without the filing of an account
lIIId schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and
confinned by the Orphans' Coun Division of the Coun of Common Pleas, Cumberland County,
THEREFORE, we and each of us, do hereby remise, release, quitcluim and forever discharge the
said personal representative, Deborah C. Weese, heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns, of lIIId
from the said estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts. reckonings, claims, and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, touching
upon the estate of the suid decedent, and each of us do fun her hereby covenant and agree that should
any liability come due to the estate of the said decedent after the signing of this agreement, we and each
of us do hereby covenant and agree with each other and the aforesaid personal representative, that we
will contribute pro-rata, our share of the estate to sutisfy any and all claims, demands, suits, or causes
