LAST WILL AND TBSTAMENT
OF
WILLIAM B. READING
I, William B. Reading, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
La.t Will and Te.tament, hereby revoking all prior wills and
codicils.
FIRST I
I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses,
and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my
residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death as part of
the expenses of the administration of my estate.
SBCONDI
I direct my hereinafter named executors to make
burial and funeral arrangements as follows:
A. Funeral services for me shall be held at Myers
Funeral Bome in Mechanicsburg.
B. I shall be buried in a G.I. coffin, because
this is less costly.
C. I shall be buried in the National cemetery at
Indian Town Gap.
D, My grave shall be marked with a flat head
stone. The head stone shall be marked with a celtic

FIFTH:
I hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint JOHN H.
READING, II and BARBARA R.PHILLIPS as Co-Executors of this my Last
Will and Testament.
SIXTH:
In the settlement of my estate, my Executors
shall possess, among others, the following powers:
A. To retain any investments I may have at my death,
including specifically those consisting of stock of any bank
even if I have named such bank as executor herein, so long as
the executor may deem it advisable for my estate to do so.
B. To vary investments, when deemed desirable by the
Executors, and to invest in such bonds, stocks, notes, real
estate mortgages or other securities or in such other
property, real or personal, as they shall deem wise, without
being restricted to so-called "legal investments", and
without being limited by any statute or rule of law regarding
investments by fiduciaries.
C. In order to effect a division of the principal of my
estate or for any other purpose, including any financial
distribution, the Executors are authorized to make said
divisions or distributions of the personalty and realty
partly or wholly in kind, and to allocate specific assets
among beneficiaries so long as the total market value of any

share is not effected by such division or allocation.
D. To borrow money from any party, including the
executor, to pay indebtedness of mine or of my estate,
expenses of administration, legacy, estate and other taxes,
and to assign and pledge assets of my estate therefor.
E. To pay all costs, taxes, expenses and charges in
connection with the administration of my estate or a trust.
F. To vote any shares of stock which form a part of the
estate and to otherwise exercise all the powers incident to
the ownership of said stock.
SEVENTHl
I direct that no executor or other fiduciary named,
nominated or appointed in this my Last Will and Testament, shall
be required to post any bond or give any security of any type for
any purpose whatsoever, any law or rule of court of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any other jurisdiction to the
contrary, notwithstanding.
BIGHTHl
All inheritance, estate and succession taxes
(including interest and any penalties thereon) payable by reason
of my death shall be paid out of and be charged generally against
the principal of my residuary estate without reimbursement from
any person.
