I, ISSAC S. CRUM, OF the city of Lebanon, county of Lebanon
and commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:
I direct the payment of all my debts, funeral
expenses and all inheritance taxes as soon as conveniently may be
done after my death out of the principal of my general estate.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property,
real and personal, to my daughter, ARLENE C. ZEIDERS, and name
her Executrix of this my Will. She shall not be required to post
bond. Should she predecease me, decline or be unable to act, I
then appoint the PEOPLES NATIONAL BANK OF LEBANON succeeding
Executor of this my Will.
THIRD: Should. my daughter, ARLENE C. ZEIDERS, predecease
me, I then give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, real and
personal, in equal shares to my grandsons, STEVEN L. ZEIDERS,
RICHARD L. ZEIDERS and MARK A. ZEIDERS, the issue of such as may
be deceased to take their parent I s share upon the principle of
representation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand and seal to this my
Last Will and Testament, which consists of two (2) pages, to each
of which I have affixed my signature this 12th day of June, One
Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-two (1992).
