Register of Wills of Cumberland County on August 8. 1996 and the tax of $1,88 was paid
in full at that time, A true and correct copy of the acceptance by the Commonwealth
Department of Revenue is attached hereto, made part hereof and marked Exhibit "B"; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Will. the Executrices liquidated the U,S. EE
Savings Bonds and sold the decedent's automobile in order to pay all administration costs,
attorneys fee, debts and taxes and distributed cash to each named beneficiary as set forth
in the Decedent's Last Will and Testament; and
WHEREAS, all parties hereto have examined the income and expense schedules for
the Estate pertinent to the estate assets and expenses paid during the course of the
administration; and
WHEREAS. the parties agree that the Executrices need not file a First and Final
Account and Schedule of Distribution with the Orphans' Court of Cumberland County, and
that the net estate of the Decedent shall be distributed pursuant to the Last Will and
Testament, this Agreement, and Schedule J- Beneficiary form of the Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto intending to be legally bound hereby,
mutually agree, as follows:
1. Pennsvlvania Inheritance Tax. The parties hereto, and each of them, agree and
acknowledge that they have fully and carefully examined the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax

Return and the Schedulc J Bcncficiary form rclating thcrcto, and finds thcm to bc corrcct
as set forth, and acceptablc to thc partics hercto and cach of thcm, and furthcr acknowlcdgc
that they have each rcccivcd a copy of these documents.
2, Pennsvlvania and Federal Fiduciarv Income Tax Returns The Executrices
acknowledge that the Pennsylvania and Federal Fiduciary Income Tax returns will be filed
for calendar year 1996 on bchalf of the Estatc, if necessary.
3, Release and Dischargc, The parties hercto do hcrcby release, remise and forcvcr
discharge the Estate of Howard Haag, the Executrices and the attorney for the Estate, of
and from all manner of acts, suits, claims, accounts, accountings, debts, dues and demands
whatsoever which they or their legal representatives or assigns may at anytime hereafter
have, against the Executrices, the said Estate or the assets thereof, from, for, touching or
concerning any of the assets and property of the said Estate andlor any claim or interest
thereto or therein, and the administration, management, collection, sale or distribution of
any of the said assets and for or on account of any money, interest, income, assets or pro-
ceeds out of the same, from the timc of the death of thc said dccedent to and including the
date of this Agreement and release.

5. Pcrsonal PropcrlV, All pcrsonal has bccn distributcd to bcncficiarics or chari tics
as determined by the Executrices,
6, Final Agreements. This instrument is a full and final Family Settlement
Agreement by and among the parties hereto, all of the same having been arrived at,
concluded and executed after a full and complete disclosure of the assets of the said estate
and the rights of the parties herein and thereto and all of the parties hereto, and each of
them, agrees to abide by the terms thereof.
7. Reauirementto Execute Documents and Indemnification, The parties hereto,and
each of them, agree that they will at all times in the future and whenever necessary,
appropriate or convenient, make, execute and deliver to the said Executrices, and to the
other party or persons, any and all instruments, documents, conveyances, deeds, releases or
other instruments of any kind necessary or convenient to carry out the intention of this
Agreement andlor to permit, assist and enable the Executrices to fulfill their duties with
reference to the said estate and all of the assets thereof. The undersigned hereby forever
fully release, compromise, settle and discharge any and all claims, demands, actions or
causes of action, legal or equitable, absolute or contingent, vested or hereafter to accrue,
which they may have against any other party hereto or against the Estate of Howard Haag,
deceased or the personal representatives thereof, by reason of any matter, cause or thing
growing out of or relating to any property or assets of the said Estate of Howard Haag, or
growing out of or relating to any act of the personal representatives in their individual
handling of said Estate, even if attributable to negligence, and agrees that any period for

the Iimitntion of actions for the collection or any erroneous distribution or distributions shall
commence only at such time as the personal rcpresentatives shall have obtained actual
knowledge of such erroneous distribution and that in no event shall the period of collection
of any erroneous distribution be less than two years after thc actual discovery thcrcof by thc
pcrsonal reprcsentatives.
8. Entirc Al!recment, This Agreemcnt constitutcs thc cntirc undcrstanding among
the parties hereto, and each of them acknowlcdges that no representations or statemcnt of
any kind. written or oral, havc been made to thcm or any of thcm prior hcreto by the
executrixes or by any other person or party upon their behalf.
9, Heirs. This Agrcement shall enure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon,
the parties hereto, and each of them. their heirs, executors, administrators. successors and
assigns.

FOURTII: In the event my wife, Charlotto lIang should pre-decease
me or we should both die in a common disaster, then
I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
