1. 1RENL E. BROWN. being of Bound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, l'ubl1lih and declare this to be my Last Will and
Tes tament, hereby revoking and makinr. null and void any and all former Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FlR!lT: I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my legal
debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be done.
SLCONU: All the residue snd remainder of my Estate, of whatso-
ever nature and wheresoever situate, including that over which 1 have a Power
of Appointment, I give, devise and bequeath in equal shares to the COLONIAL
PARK UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST and the HOJolE ~'OR THE FRIENDLESS (HOMELAND).
TIllRO: I direct my Executor to pay all inheritance, estate,
succession and legacy taxes of whatsoever nature and kind, to which my Estate
or the transfer of any property passing hereunder or otherwise passing by
reason of my death, may be subject and to charge such taxes against my residuary
estate, it being my intention that none of the aforesaid taxes, either federal
or state, on any property required to be included in my gross estate under the
provisions of any state or federal law now in force and effect or hereafter
enacted shall be prorated among the persons interested in my Estate to whom
such property is or may be transferred or to whom any benefit accrues.
FOURTH: JoIy Executor is hereby authorized and empowered to sell
securities or other property. real or personal or both, and my Executor is

further authorized to borrow money for any purpose necessary in connection with
the payment of taxes or other matters incidental to the settlement of my Estate,
either secured or unsecured, at suc h rate of interest as may be necessary and to
pledge the assets of my Es tate as security therefor. Ny Executor shall have
the power to make distribution in kind or partly in kind and partly in cash,
to retain all or any part of my property, real or personal, constituting my
Estate for such time as it deems best or to invest or reinvest the same without
being restricted to "legal" investments. I further authorize and empower my
Executor to borrow money from such persons as it may desire, including the
power to borrow from itself as an individual or as a fiduciary under any Trust
Agreement and to execute and renew promissory notes and to pledge the assets of
my estate as security therefor.
FIFTH: I nominate, constitute and appoint l~E CO~WONWEALTH NATIONAL
BANK of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as Executor under this my Last Will and Testa-
ment. No bond shall be required in this or any other jurisdiction.

I, Irene Brown, of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. transfer to MELLON BANK, N.A. as
trustee the propeny described in the annexed schedule to be held IN TRUST under
Pennsylvania law as follows:
I. Lifetime Trost: During my lifetime my trustee shall invest and manage the propeny,
and make distributions as follows:
A. Pavments: As much, even if all. of the net income and principal as I may from
time to time direct in writing shall be paid either to me or as I may specify;
B. Balance: Any remaining net income shall from time to time be accumulated and
added to principal; however,
C. Disability: If my trustee believes I am incapable of handling my own affairs it
need not follow my previous directions regarding payments during my lifetime.
Instead, my trustee may apply pan or all of the principal and income in any way
it believes will benefit me or any person dependent upon me.
n. Provisions at Death: Upon my death my trustee shall pay the then remaining principal
and any undistributed net income to or in trust for such one or more persons or organizations
on such tenns as I may appoint by a will specifically referring to this power of appointment or,
insofar as it is not effective, to my personal representative for distribution as pan of my estate.
m. Mnnnl!ement Provisions: I authorize my trustee:
A. RetainlInvest: To retain and to invest in any fonn of real or personal propeny
anywhere which, in my trustees's opinion. is appropriate for my trust, without
being required to diversify;
B. Sell/Lease: To sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease for any
period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales or
leases; and
C. Distribute: To distribute in cash or in kind.
These provisions shall continue in full force until the actual distribution of the property. The
investment provisions and all the other provisions, authorities and discretion given under my
trust shall be in addition to those granted by law, shall continue until the distribution of the
property, shall be exercisable without court authorization. and, unless exercised in bad faith,
shall be conclusive upon all the beneficiaries.

to a beneticiary no interest in income or principal shaH be (i) assignable to a beneficiary or (ii)
available to anyone having a claim against a beneficiary.
V. Accountinl!: My trustee shall send me st:ltements at l~st quarterly showing the trust's
transactions. Unless I am incapable of handling my own affairs, ! must report any errors to
my trustee including the non-receipt oi a st:ltement, within 90 days after I normally receive a
statement. Otherwise,!, at my trustcc's discretion, may be deemed to have accepted the
transactions as stated.
VI. Provisions Rel!ardinl! mv Trustee: I direct that:
A. Instructions: My trustcc may consider oral instructions as if they were written
as long as my trustcc believes in good faith they are genuine and any
distribution is made only to me or to any account in which! have an interest;
B. Conflicts of Interest: The fact that my trustee is active in any aspect of the
investment business as that business is broadly understood shall not be deemed a
conflict of interest. Purchases and sales of investments may be made through
any department or affiliate of my bank trustee. My trustee may pay the finn its
usual charges for the service. Any income beneficiary or his or her legal
representative may cancel this power by a writing delivered to my trustee;
C. Resi2nation: My trustcc may resign by paying all the funds to the income
beneficiary or beneficiaries or. if a beneficiary is a minor, any distribution or
payment may be made to his or her parent or anyone as custodian for the minor
under the Unifonn Gifts to Minors Aet; and
D. Comoensation: My trustcc shall receive compensation in accordance with its
standard schedule of fees in effect while its services are performed.

and the right to amend this trust or add to this trust with my trustee's approval.
