hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any time herelofore made,
I . 1 direct my hereinafter named Exeeulor In pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my death as may be found eonvcnientln do so, I direct that my funeral services be
conducted by Hoffman-Roth Funeralllol11e, 219 North Ilanover Streel. Carlisle. Pennsylvania. in
accordance with the arrungemenls which 1 have made there which me substantially similar 10 Ihe
arrangements I made for Ihe services of my husband. Ray D. Kitner. and Ihatmy body be interred
beside tlmt of my husband. Ray D. Kilner. on our burial 101 located in Westminster Memorial
Gardens near the Borough of Carlisle.
2. I give and bequeath my mmble top table which had belonged to my husband's
grandmother. Susan Kane. to my husband's sister. Janet S, Rowe. provided she shall survive me
by a period of ninety (90) days but should she fail 10 so survive me then to her daughter. Daree
Kyle. her heirs and assigns.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred (S500.00) Dollars to my nephew. Donald
L. Sheibley. his heirs and assigns. provided he shall survive me by a period of ninety (90) days
but should he fail to so survive me then the same shall lapse and be included in the residue of my
estate.
4. All of the rest. residue and remainder of my estate. real. personal and mixed. and
wheresoever the same may be situate. I give. devise and bequeath as follows: One-half( 112) to
my brother. Chester T. Reiber. his heirs and assigns. provided he shall survive me by a period of
ninety (90) days but should he fail to so survive me then the same shall lapse and be added to the
share for the children of my deceased sister. EmmaM. BOler; and the otherone,half(ll2) plus any
lapsed legacy or legacies in equal shares to the cight (8) children of my deceased sister. Emma M,
BOler. their heirs and assigns. provided each of them shall survive me by a period of ninety (90)
days but should any of them fail to so survive me then the share of such deceased person would
have received shall pass to such of his or her issue as shall survive me by a period of ninety (90)
days. PCI' stirpes. and if there be no such issue the same shall be added to the share or shares of the
other children of my deceased sister. Emma M. BOler, Tbe eight (8) c1uldren of my deceased sister.
Emma M. BOler are the following persons: Ronald P. BOler. Harry James Baer. Marlin P. BOler.
Irvin P. BOler. Jr.. Nancy Lee Whisler. Margery Fleisher. Roxanne Bookas. and Rita Mae Maurice.
5. I hereby nominate. constitute and appoint my nephew. Ronald P. BOler. as Executor of
this my Last Will and Testament but should he predecease me or fail to qualify or cease serving as
such. then in such cvent I nominate. constitute and appoint my niece. Nancy Lee Whisler. as
alternate or successor Executrix. and 1 further dircctthat neither of them shall be required 10 post
any bond to secure thc faithful performance of his or her duties in thc Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania or in any other jurisdiction,
