KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned do hereby
acknowledge to have received this day of and from Jean Lynch, Executrix
of the Last Will and Testament of Elsie Schneemann, late of Upper Allen
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, all of the property
distributable to them; and, for and in consideration of the receipt
thereof, do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the
said Jean Lynch, Executrix as aforesaid, of and from all liability for
any reason whatsoever, arising out of the settlement of the said Estate.
The undersigned do hereby agree to refund to the said Estate any
amount which shall be necessary in the future to discharge any
liabilities of the Estate of which they may hereafter receive notice,
should any such liabilities be found to be due and owing, to the extent
of the assets being distributed pursuant to this Receipt and Release.
