personal or miKed, and wheresoever situate, I hereby give, devise and bequ<!ath
unto my husband, ROBERT F. IIALL, if he mrvives me by a period of thirty days.
If my said husband docs not survive me by a period of thirty days, then this
gift to him shall be divested, and I then give, devise and bequeath my entire

shares.

I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my husband,ROBERT F. IIALL,
