LAST \HLL AND TESTAHENT OF VERNA R. ROTH
I, VERNA R. ROTH, of the Borough of Hechanicsburg,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
and making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.

I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently
be done,
2.
I give and bequeath all my personal belongings and
household furnishings to my two children, to wit, NANCY C.
HANLON and JOAN L. STONE, share and share alike, or so much
thereof as they may desire to have as their mID, and direct
that any items then remaining be sold and converted into cash
and distributed as part of my residuary estate as hereinafter
set forth, with the stipulation, however, that all of my house-
hold furnishings remain in my personal residence until after
the same is sold.

I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to my granddaughter. SUSAN llYERS RICHAlmS.

I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to my grandson. ROBERT J. tWERS.

I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars to my grandson, JOHN W, ~WERS, JR.
6.
I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)
Dollars to my granddaughter, ELIZABETH C, HANLON.
7.
I direct that the Inheritance Tax on the above be-
quests be paid out of my residuary estate.
8.
I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate be converted into cash, and for this purpose I
authorize and empower my Executors, hereinafter named, to sell
any and all real estate which I may O'Nn at the time of my de-
cease, at either public or private sale or sales, with the
stipulation as hereinabove set forth. that all my household
furnishings remain intact which are located in my personal
residence until the same is sold.
After my estate has been converted into cash and
