revoking and making void all former wills by me at any tim" heretofore made.
FIRST: l direct that my executor hereinafter named first payout of my
gcncral cstate all of my just and legally collectible debts, expenses of
administration of my cstate and all state and federal inhcritance taxes,
estate tllxes Hnd <lny and all other death taxes becoming due with respect to
any and all propcrty requircd to bc included in my gross estatc for tax
purposcs, rcgardlcss of whether such property passcs by thc tcrms of this
Will; and the transfer of all such property shall be frcc and clear of such
taxcs, This provision shall apply only to transfcrs I havc made of my own
property,
SECOND: I givc and bcqueath all of my clothing, jewelry, pcrsonal
cffccts, china, silvcrwarc, and any household goods, furniturc, and
furnishings, unto my brother, David G, Hiller and his wifc, Esther Hiller,
or thc survivor of them. Without in any way limiting thc absoluteness of
such bequcst, it is my wish that such itcms of personal propcrty as may bc
listcd thcrcon be dividcd in accordancc with any memorandum which I may
placc with this Will. 1l is my intention that this memorandum bc deemcd
non-tcstamentary. flny itcms not distributcd or takcn by thcsc legatees may
thcn be rcturncd to my exccutor and sold,

applicable, within two (2) years of the decedent's death, and annually thereafter until administration is
completed, is required to file with the Register of Wills a Status Report as required by Rule 6.12, in
substantially the prescribed form, showing the date by which the personal representative, or allorney, as
applicable, reasonably believes administration will be completed. The purpose of this Notice is to advise
you that unless the requisite Status Repon is filed with the Register of Wills or Clerk of the Orphans'
