declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by ro.
ITEM I. I direct that alll~ just debts and funeral expenses, including my
graverrarker and all expenses of my last illness, and any and all taxes and assessnents
inposed by arrj goverrurental body as a result of my death, whether on property passing
under this will or otherwise, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practi-
cable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

all other articles of houseoold and personal use, equiprent and ornarrent, together with
all insurance thereon and relating thereto, in equal shares, to such of my children,

1'lDl ill. I give, devise, and be:Iueath all the rest, residue, and rerrainder of my
possessions and estate of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, to such

I give and bequeath to each of my brothers and sister living on the sixty-first day

property to which I am entitled as an heir of the Estate of Florence B. Folk;
4. To the extent of said distribution, release Terry Folk, Executor, of the
Estate of Florence B. Folk, and his heirs and personal representatives, from all
liabilities, whether due to his negligence or otherwise, which he may have by
