Shipley, of South Middleton Township, Cumberland county, pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that my just debts, funeral expenses, and the expenses of the administration of my estate, including any state, federal or other death taxes payable because of my death, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease, as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II: I make the following specific bequests to the following individuals: A. Unto Kenn Steven Garrett, my horseshoe emerald ring and the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars. B. Unto Jan L. Wolf, the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars. C. Unto Louise Bitner Garrett, my large diamond engagement ring given to me by my first husband, Thomas conte, my clothing, the balance of my jewelry not otherwise specifically bequeathed, and the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars. ITEM IV: I devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate in equal shares unto my sister, Gertrude B. Brown, my brother, Galen Bitner, and my sister, Louise Bitner Garrett, provided, however, that the share of any of my said residuary beneficiaries who predeceases me or dies on or before the thirtieth day following my death shall be distributed to her or his issue, per stirpes, living on the thirtY-first day following my death, and in default of such then living issue, such share shall be added to the shares for my other residuary beneficiaries.
