statement of proposed distribution thereon, having been

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED, that in accordance
with the said final account and statement of proposed
distribution as confirmed by the Court, the distribution of
the following real estate to Robert T. Barr, Jr., is hereby
confirmed and the same is awarded to Robert T. Barr, Jr.,
his heirs and assigns:
ALL that certain parcel of land situate on
Jack's Mountain in Brown Township, Mifflin County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at stones in line of lands now or
formerly of Mike Olnick, corner of other lands now
or about to be conveyed unto Jane Barr Boyer; thence
along lands of said Boyer south 43 degrees east 57
perches to stone in line of lands now or formerly of
Gerald Bullock; thence along lands of said Bullock,
south 54 degrees 45 minutes west 34 perches to a
point, the southwestern corner of the within described
premises, and being the southeastern corner of the
western one-half of the tract from which the within
described premises are divided; thence along the said

point in line of lands of said Olnick; thence along
line of lands of said Olnick north 54 degrees 45
minutes east 34 perches to stones, the place of
beginning; and containing 11 acres 51.5 perches.
BEING a part of premises of which Henry F. Taylor's
Guardian became seized by deed of Henry B. Taylor's
Administrator, dated May 6, 1862, and recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Mifflin County, pennsylvania, on
February 8, 1915, in Deed Book V, Vol. 3, page 658,
and being described therein as parcel No.2 thereof.
And being so seized, the said Henry F. Taylor, then of
age, departed this life testate and by his will duly
probated among the records of Mifflin County,
Pennsylvania, devised the same to his widow, Rhoda,
and his daughter, Mabel. And the said widow of Henry
F. Taylor, after remarriage, conveyed her undivided
one-half interest therein unto her daughter, Mabel,
by deed recorded in said Recorder's Office at Deed
Book V, Vol. 3, page 461, whereby the fee simple title
thereto vested in the said Mabel Taylor, who, after
marriage, became known as Mabel Taylor Barr, the
decedent above mentioned.
The property above described is a part of Mifflin
County Tax Claim Bureau No. 14-10-122.
