California, declare this is my Will, revoking all Wills and
Codicils that I have previously made.
FIRST: I am a widow.
I have one living son, MARSIIALL C. STEVENS, JUNIOR.
A second child, NORMA DAUMAN, died in 1985, leaving three
children, JAYNE GARTEN, NANCY CELECK, and LUCINDA MAISON.
No other children have been born to or adopted by me.
SECOND: I give all property over which I have power of
testamentary disposition in equal shares, to my grandchildren,
JAYNE GARTEN, NANCY CELECK, LUCINDA MAISON, DOROTHY SILEO,
RICIIARD STEVENS and DOUGLAS STEVENS. If any of them does not
survive me, his/her share shall be given in equal shares to
those among them who survive me.
THIRD: If any person, whether or not related in
any way by blood to me, shall either directly or indirectly
attempt to oppose or set aside the probate of this Will
or to impair or invalidate any of its provisions and such
person shall establish a right to any part of my estate,
any interest to that person is revoked and shall be disposed
of in the same manner as if that contesting beneficiary
had predeceased me without issue.
