I. I hereby bequeath my diamond ring, to my niece, Mary Johnson, presently
of Dayton, Ohio.
II. I hereby bequeath my garnet ring to my friend, Izella Heckert,
presently of Harrisburg, pennsylvania.
III. I hereby bequeath my diamond watch to my friend, Thelma Bitterman,
presently of Harrisburg, pennsylvania.
IV, I hereby bequeath the sum of $25,000.00 to my brother, Gerald Flynn,
presently of 1615 Farrell Terrace, Farrell, Pennsylvania 17121.
However, if my brother should predecease me, then in such event
the bequest of $25,000.00 shall lapse and shall revert to my
residuary estate, which shall be divided and shared more particularly
as set forth in the next subsequent paragraph.
V. By virtue of the fact, that as of the time of the making of this
Will, I own no real estate and my entire estate consists of personal
property, I hereby grant and bequeath my entire residuary estate,
both tangible and intangible, wheresoever situate, and devise
any interest in any real estate that T might possibly own, whereso-
ever situate, equally, share and share alike to the following
nephew and nieces, to wit:
Mary Finn, presently of Narberth, Pa.
Clare Colucci,presently of Ardmore, Pa.
Anne Johnson, presently of Dayton, Ohio
Edward F, Flynn, presently of Cleveland, Ohio
Betty Fragle, presently of Farrell, Pa.
VI. I further expressly provide that if any of the five above mentioned
beneficiaries should predecease me, then in such event, their
share shall pass to the survivors,
VI!. I hereby direct that my funeral and funeral arrancements shall
be conducted through the Gilbert Parthmore Funeral Home, if they
are in existance at the time of my death, and thnt I shall be
buried in the St. John's Cemetery in Camp Hill, pennsylvania,
in a burial plot already obtained by me.
VIII. I hereby nominate and appoint John J. Krafsig, Jr., Esquire,
to serve as the attorney for my estate.

are two full eut diamonds with an estimated total weight of

a gold filled fold clasp. The watch dial is marked and scratched
in numerous places.
