I, JUNE R. SOUIU3EEH, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last WI II and Testament, hereby revoking any
and nil Wills previously IOn de by me.
I.
I direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker
and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon
as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
II.
I devise and bequeath my household goods, personal effects and other tangible
personalty of a like nature (not including cash or securities) togethel' with insurance
thereon, to my daughter, PEGGY ANN lIART~It\N. Should my daughter, PEGGY ANN
HART~IAN, predecease me, I devise and bequeath such items of tangible personalty
to my grandchildren, ERIC T. LEmlER, DOUGLAS S. LEHMER and DEBItA L.
DEVLIN, to be divided amonr, them by my Executor with due regard for their
personal preferences in as nearly e'lua1 shares as pl'actica1.
III.
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature wherever
situate as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) thereof to my daughter, PEGGY ANN HARTr\IAN.
B. One-half (1/2) thereof, in equal shares, to my grandchildren, ERIC T.
LEHMER, DOUGLAS S. LElnmR and DEBItA I,. DEVLIN.
IV.
Should any person entitled to a share of my estate not have attained the

age of twenty-one (21) yenrs at the time of distribution to him 01' her, I devise IInd
bequeath the shure of each such person to CeNll BANI" N.A., IN SE!'AHATg THUST,
to hold, manage, Invest and reinvest the shure so received, IInd the accumulation of
Income thereon, nnd to use and apply the Income and principal, or so much thereof
as, in Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, may bc necessary or appropriate for
such person's support and educlltion (including trade schOOl and college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parent's ability to
provide for such support or education, or to make payments for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to such person or to such person's parent or to any
person taking cure of such person. Any principal or income not so used or applied
shall be distributed to such person absolutely whcn he or she attains the age of
twenty-one (21) yeurs. If he or she dies beforc attaining the age of twenty-one
(21) years, the trust shall terminate and such share shall be dis tributed to his or
her personal representative.
V.
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid from my
residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
VI.
I appoint CCNU Bank, N.A., Executor of this, my Last WiI1 and Testament.

1, JUNE R. SOURBEER, of Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all Wills previously made by me.
1.
1 direct that all my legal debts and funeral expenses, inclUding my gravemarker
and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon
as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of
my estate.
II.
I devise and bequeath my household goods, personal effects and other tangible
personalty of a like nature (not including cash or securities) together with insurance
thereon, to my daughter, PEGGY ANN HART:\1AN. Should my daughter, PEGGY ANN
HART~IAN, predecease me, I devise and bequeath such items of tangible personalty
to my grandchildren, ERIC T. LEH;\!ER, DOUGLAS S. LEHMER and DEBRA L.
DEVLIN, to be divided among them by my Executor with due regard for their
personal preferences in as nearly equal shares as practical.
lll.
I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of every nature wherever
situate as follows:
A. One-half (1/2) thereof to my daughter, PEGGY ANN HARTMAN.
B. One-half (1/2) thereof, in equal shares, to my grandchildren, ERIC T.
LEHMER, DOUGLAS S. LEmlER and DEBRA L. DEVLIN.
IV.
Should any person entitled to a share of my estate not have attained the
age oC twenty-one (21) years at the time or distribution to him or her, 1 devise and
bequeath the share oC each such person to CCNil BANK, N.A., IN SEPARATE TRUST,
to hold, manage, invest and reinvest the share so received, and the accumulation of
income thereon, and to use and apply the income and principal, or so much thereof
as, In Trustee's sole and absolute discretion, may be necessary or appropriate Cor
such person's support and education (including trade school and college education,
both graduate and undergraduate) without regard for his or her parent's ability to
provide for such support or education, or to make payments for these purposes,
without further responsibility, to such person or to such person's parent or to any
person taking care of such person. Any principal or income not so used or applied
shall be distributed to such person absolutely when he or she attains the age of
twenty-one (21) years. I[ he or she dies before attaining the age of twenty-one
(21) years, the trust shall terminate and such share shall be distributed to his or
her personal representative.
V.
I direct that all ..taxes that may be assessed In consequence or my death of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid fr~m my
residuary estate as a part or the expense of the administration or my estate.
