Dear Mr. Dennehy:
In response to your inquiry, this is to verify that Miss Alice
Harkins was named as second beneficiary on American Bible society
gift annuity #57860 established by the late Annie F. Harkins. This
annuity was established on May 11, 1977 in the amount of $2000.00
and will provide her for her lifetime with an annual income of
$100.00 payable in semi-annual payments of $50.00 in March and
september.
This ASS annuity provides fixed income payments for her
lifetime, has no cash surrender value, and on her passing all
payments cease and the annuity is terminated.
please also note that for the late Miss Alice Harkins' estate
tax purposes the value in the estate for annuity #57860 is $626.70.
