County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing m1nd do
make and declare th1S to be my Last Will and Testament
revoking any and all w111s made prev10usly by me at any t1me.
1, I dlrect that all my Just bills, funeral expenses,
inheritance taxes and admlnlstrative expenses be pa1d from my
res1duary estate as soon as practlcable after my decease.
2, I dev1se and bequeath such automobile as I may own at
the tlme of my death to Martha Moffit.
3. I devise and bequeath the rest. res1due and rema1nder
of my estate as follows:
A, 1/6 to Martha Moffit provided that she shall survive
me and be 11v1ng thirty days after my death, in the event she
shall predecease me or not survive me by thirty days, then I
direct that her share be divjded equally between my children,
