and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and
making void any and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1.
I direet the payment of all my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my deoease as the same oan be conveniently
done.
2.
I give and bequeath all my personal belongings and
tangible personal property suoh as furniture, applianoes,
books, piotures, ohina, silverware, jewelry and wearing
apparel, to my two (2) ohildren, to wit, my daughter, SHERRY
L. BRUCK and my son, JOHN F. MOON~, share and share alike,
the same to be distributed as equitably as possible under the
ciroumstanoes.
3.
I direct that all the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, be converted
into oash, and for this purpose, I authorize, empower and direct

After my estate has thus been converted into oash and
