KEGRIS, of 16 Hope Terrace, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate, Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death, out of my residuary estate. SECOND: I give and bequeath all of my tools to my son, KENNETH KARNELL KEGRIS. THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, IN TRUST, to my wife, JEAN M. KEGRIS. She may have the use of the income from my estate during her lifetime, and may change the nature of investments, and, should her own funds exclusive of her home, be exhausted, she may use such principal of the Trust as may be necessary for her health, support and maintenance.
