I, FLORENCE I. NEGLEY, of Lower Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will
and revoke any will previously made by me.
I. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every
nature and wherever situate as follows:
A. One-third thereof to my son and daughter-in-
law, WAYNE R. NEGLEY and VONNIE L. NEGLEY, husband and wife, by
the entirties, providing either of them shall survive me by
thirty days. should both of them predecease me or die on or
before the thirtieth day following my death, I give and bequeath
their share in equal shares to such of their three adult sons,
SCOTT L. NEGLEY, STEVEN L. NEGLEY, and BRIAN W. NEGLEY, as are
living on the thirty-first day following my death.
B. One-third thereof to my daughter, BARBARA R.
BEINHOWER, providing she shall survive me by thirty days. Should
Barbara R. Beinhower predecease me or die on or before the
thirtieth day following my death, her share shall be added to the
other shares of my estate in the same proportions they now bear
to each other.
C. One-third thereof to my daughter, MARTHA I.
TRIMMER, providing she shall survive me by thirty days. Should

of this my last will. Should both Richard E. Negley and connie
M. Negley fail to qualify or cease to act as executors. I appoint
my daughter-in-law, SANDRA K. NEGLEY, as executrix of this my
last wi 11.

give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any
jurisdiction.

Two and a half story frame/aluminum siding dwelling with
rear porch, carport and metal roof. The first floor con-

6 Oak Hill Road is located approximatelY 7 miles West of
Carlisle. West on Rt. 641 to West Hill, turn right on Mill
Road, cross Conodoguinet Creek, turn right on Burgner Road,
go one mile to Oak Hill Road. The main property has no road
frontage. The soil is shale and the majority of the land
lays in a flood area. Some is cropland, pasture and a pond.
There have been 16 different conveyances from this parcel.
Thus there are single family residences in the immediate
area along with it being a rural area.
