of December, 1995, purporting to be the will of Elizabeth
Virginia Dennis Kinsey, deceased, was presented by J.lary Alice
Hof fman, the E}:ecutor named therein, and offered for probate.
It appearing that Elizabeth Virginia Dennis Kinsey resided
in the County of Madison, within the jurisdiction of this Court,
and that she died May l3, 1996, and that the said paper writing
is self-proved pursuant to Section 64.1-87.1 of the Code of
Virginia, as amended, by Charlene A. 'l'hibeau and J. Thomas
Province, witnesses to the signature of the testator.
Thereupon the said paper writing dated December 8, 1995,
consisting of four (4) typewritten pages, is established and
adjudged to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth Virginia
Dennis Kinsey, deceased, and is ordered to be recorded as such.
Thereupon Mary Alice Hoffman, the Executor named therein,
asked permission of the Clerk to qualify as such, \'/hereupon such
permission being granted, she appeared, made oath as the law
directs, and entered into and acknowledged before the Clerk a
bond as such Executor in the penalty of Three Hundred Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($320,000.001, payable and conditioned according
to law, but without security, the will requesting that none be
required.
And certificate is granted Mary Alice Hoffman for obtaining
a probate of the said will of Elizabeth Virginia Dennis Kinsey,
deceased, in due form.
It is Ordered that an inventory be filed in accordance with
Section 26-l2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended.
