I, MERRY LU WARREN, of 1902 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature
thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: It is my desire that I be cremated and it is my request that my
family comply with my wishes in this matter,
THIRD: I direct my Executor to divide my items of personal property
between my three daughters, in accordance with a list of property to go to each, which
is attached hereto. Any of my personal property which does not appear on such a list
shall be divided by my three daughters, KAY SANTOFF. VIRGINIA WARREN and ROBIN
WARREN, as evenly as possible.

FOURTH: Being mindful of the factlhatl have provided certain funds to
my daughter, VIRGINIA WARREN, during my lifetime, and that she will receive certain
insurance money at my death, I give my tract of land in Somerset County, consisting of
fourteen and one-half acres, more or less, to my daughters, KAY SANTOFF and ROBIN
WARREN, to share equally as tenants in common, or in such other fashion as they may
mutually agree,
FIFTH:
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatsoever
kind and wheresoever situate, I hereby give to my three daughters, KAY SANTOFF.
VIRGINIA WARREN and ROBIN WARREN, in equal shares, per stirpes,
LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, ROBIN
WARREN, to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that the
said ROBIN WARREN, shall be unable to serve as Executrix for any reason, I appoint,
my daughter KAY SANTOFF, as Executrix, No Executrix shall be required to file bond
in this or any other jurisdiction.

I, MERRY LU WARREN, of 1902 Douglas Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void any and all former Wills. Codicils. or writings in the nature
thereof, by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay
all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all Inheritance, Estate,
Transfer and Succession Taxes, as soon as may be conveniently done after my death,
out of my residuary estate.
SECOND: It is my desire that I be cremated and it is my request that my
family comply with my wishes in this matter.
THIRD: I direct my Executor to divide my items of personal property
between my three daughters, in accordance with a list of property to go to each, which
is attached hereto, Any of my personal property which does not appear on such a list
shall be divided by my three daughters, KAY SANTOFF, VIRGINIA WARREN and ROBIN
WARREN, as evenly as possible.
