POWELL, if she survives me. ITEM III. I bequeath my household and personal effects. and other tangible personal property of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to such of my children as survive me, to be divided among them by my Executrix, in her sole and absolute discretion, in as nearly equal shares as may be practical having due regard for the personal preferences of my children.
