I. MARGARET Q. scorLIN. of the Borough of Camp Hill, County of Cumberland, and
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. declare this to be my last Will and revoke any Will previously made by
me.
ITEM I. I bequeath all of my sterling silver and my diamond solitaire ring to my daughter,
MARTHA E. SCOTZIN, is she survives me,
ITEM H.
I bequeath my sapphire ring to my daughter, MARY S. POWELL, if she survives
me.
ITEM III. I bequeath my household and personal effects. and other tangible personal property
of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to such of my
children as survive me, to be divided among them by my Executrix, in her sole and absolute discretion, in
as nearly equal shares as may be practical having due regard for the personal preferences of my children.
ITEM IV. I bequeath th~ sum of Ten Thousand and 00/100 ($10,000.00) Dollars to my
granddaughter, CHRISTINA M. POWELL, it she survives me.
ITEM V. I bequeath the sum ofTen Thousand and 001100 ($10,000.00) Dollars to Camp Hill
Presbyterian Church, Memorial Fund No. I.
ITEM VI. I devise and b~~ueath the residue of my estate, of every nature and wherever situate.
in equal shares to such of my children, JltARTHA E, SCOTZIN AND MARY S. POWELL, as survive
me, Should either of my said daughters predecease me, I devise and bequeath the share of such child to her
issue, per stirpes, who survive me and should either of my said daughters leave no such issue living to

TO THE HONORABLE, JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Martha E, Scotzin, Execulrix, of the Estate of Margaret Q. Scotzin respectfully
represents that:
1. The Decedent, Margaret Q. Scotzin. died on June 19, 1996, leaving a Lasl Will and
Testament dated February 9, 1996, which Will was admitted to probate by Ihe Register of Wills of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on July 29, 1996.
2. Letters Testamentary were issued to your Petitioner by Ibe Register of Wills of
Cumberland County on July 29, 1996. The names and parties interested in the Decedent's Estate are:
Martba E. Scolzin, daughter of the Decedent, Mary S. Powell, daughter of Decedent.
3, One of the assets of the Estate is a tract of real estate with a single family dwelling
erected Ihereon known and numbered as 51 South 24th Street, Camp Hill Borough, Cumherland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. Your Petilioner desires to purchase tbe aforesaid real estate for a price of One Hundred
Thirty Thousand ($130,000.00) Dollars. A descriplion of Ihe properly to he sold is attached hereto ;15
Exhihit"A" and is made a part hereofhy reference. Your Petitioner proposes to pay the Est;lle the sum
of One Hundred Thirty Thousand ($130,000.00) Dollars for the land descrihed in Exhihil "A", TIle other
terms and conditions of Ihe proposed sale are that the real estate transfer taxes will he divided equally
helween Ihe Estate and your purchaser,

Concerning the jewelry estate pieces of the Estate of
Margaret Scotzin, the following items have been examined and
appraised.
The enclosed report, in duplicate, has been undertaken to
determine an approximate estate value for the items as described.
Each item has been examined to the best of my ability to
determine fair market value only. The procedures, wording and
values would all be different if this report was undertaken
for other purposes.
This report or any copy does not carry with it the right of
publication without prior written consent nor may it be used
for any purpose by anyone other than the above named, and as
such, may only be used in its entirety and with this cover
letter.
The specific description of the gems or jewelry is for the sole
purpose of identification in order to determine the parameters
for valuation. The description is based upon grading and other
techniques and equipment available to, and used by Landis
Jewelers, Inc., at the time of examination. The description
may reasonably vary from other descriptions of the items listed,
and may vary in the future as a result of changes and
improvements in grading techniques and equipment.
Unless otherwise stated, the weights of all mounted stones are
estimated by formula. Many mountings restrict examination of
details of the gemstone; unless specifically stated that stones
were removed and graded, statements referring to color and/or
internal pureness are provisional; approximate weights are
determined by volumetric calculation; estimate replacement cost
is based on assumed species, size and quality.

Volumetric calculations are approximate, based on estimated
measurements. The actual weight of any stone(s) can be
considerably different than the estimate by formula.
When items are marked with the fineness of the metal, the
appraised value is based on that marking unless otherwise stated.
When there is no marking on the item, the method used to estimate
the metal content is the nature and appearance of the material
as well as any testing as noted.
These pieces have been examined without the stone(s) being
removed from their settings and'are appraised on that basis.
This is a fair market value at which the property would change
hands between a willing buyer and willing seller if both had
reasonable knowledge of relevant facts and neither was under
compulsion to buy or sell.
