I, MARIE V. SEIl.ER, of the Township of East Pennsboro, County of
Cumberland and commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare
this to be my l.ast Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any
and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter
named.
II. I give and bequeath my estate unto my husband, Allen P.
Seiler, if he survives me.
III. If my husband shall fail to survive me, I give, devise and
bequeath my estate of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate unto my
three sons: Gerald D. Seiler, Dennis l.. Seiler, and Michael A. Seiler,
share and share alike, the issue of any who may predecease me to take the
share of the deceased parent by representation.
IV. I name, constitute and appoint Allen P. Seiler to be the
Executor of this, my Will, and if he shall fail to survive me or for any
reason fail to complete the administration of my estate, I appoint Gerald
D. Seiler to be the Executor in his stead, and if he is unable for any
reason to undertake or to complete the administration of my estate, I
appoint Dennis l.. Seiler or in the event of his unavailability, I appoint
Michael A. Seiler to be the Executor hereof in his stead.
V. I desire that my Executor be permitted to serve without the
entry of security in any jurisdiction in which he may be called upon to
act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
