Executor of the estate of Winnie Sue Goodhart, late of
Dickinson
Township,
Cumberland
County,
Pennsylvania,
together with statement of proposed distribution thereon,
having been confirmed by the Court on March 4, 1997, and
distribution ordered:
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED, that in accordance
with the said final account and statement of proposed
distribution as confirmed by the court, the distribution of
the following real estate to Latricia Smith is hereby
confirmed and the same is awarded to Latricia Smith, her
heirs and assigns:
ALL those certain two tracts of land situate in
Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
TRACT NO. 1 - BEGINNING at a nail in the Pine grove
Road at the corner of the land now or formerly of Hoyt
Sowers; thence by the land now or formerly of Said Hoyt
Sowers North 13 degrees East 25 feet to a point at the
corner of the land now or formerly of W. K, Myers;
thence by the land now or formerly of said W, K. Myers
North 73 3/4 degrees West 420.75 feet to a point;
thence by land now or formerly of said Chester Sowers
at the land now or formerly of Chester Sowers; South 38
degrees West 135,3 feet to a stone in the Pine grove
Road; thence by same North 86 degrees and 30 minutes
East 303.7 feet to a nail in the road, the place of
Beginning,
CONTAINING three-fourths (3/4) of an acre, more or
less.
TP~CT NO, 2 - BEGINNING at an iron pin in state Highway
leading from Route 34 to Pine Grove Furnace; thence
running by other lands now or formerly of Ella N,
Myers, North twenty-four (24) degrees East, two hundred
and eighty-five (285) feet to an iron pin, on right of
way line of the Reading R,R. Co,; thence running along
said right of way line, South Fifty-seven and one-half
(57 1/2) degrees East, four hundred and thirty-two
(432) feet to an iron pin at lands now or formerly of
Hoyt Sowers; thence running by said land, South sixteen
and one-half (16 1/2) degrees West, Seventy and four
tenths (70,4) feet to an iron pin; thence running by
other land of the said Glenn Beam and Eva Beam, North
Seventy-three and three-fourths (73 3/4) degrees West
Four Hundred and twenty and seventy-five (420.75) feet
to an iron pin at other lands now or formerly of the
said Ella N, Myers; thence running by land of same,
South thirty-eight (38) degrees West, one hundred and
thirty-five and three tenths (135,3) feet to an iron
pin in the aforesaid highway, the place of Beginning.

fourteen (214) square feet, neat
BEING the same which was awarded to Winnie Sue Goodhart
by decree of court dated September 2, 1993 confirming
the 1st and final account of Winnie Sue Goodhart,
Executor of the Estate of Eva M. Hockley a/k/A Eva Beam
and recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds in Deed
Book "N", Vol. 36, page 31. Winnie Sue Goodhart died
July 21, 1996 and devised the said real estate to
