KNOW ALL HEN BY THESE PRESENTSr that I, BETTY COLLINSr being one
of the beneficiaries under the will of JOHN W. PARDOE, JR.r do hereby
acknowledge that I have received all sums of money and property due me
by virtue of the death of JOHN W. PARDOEr JR'r in full satisfaction
and settlement of all of my rights and claims under his estate.
I further declare, intending to be legally boundr that I hereby
waive my right to require the filing of a First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution in any Court of Cornmon pleas having
jurisdiction over the samer and I acknowledge that I have had an
opportunity to examine copies of the books and records of the said
estate, and I agree to the final distribution of the estate without
further formalitiesr and with the same force and effect as if a First
and Final Account and Proposed Distribution had been filed in a Court
of Cornman pleas of Pennsylvania having jurisdiction over the same and
