LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
NORMAN E. HARBAUGH
I, NORMAN B. HARBAUGH, of North Middleton Township,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last will and Testament, hereby
revoking all other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST:

I direct that all my just debts and funeral

SECOND: I give and bequeath and direct that each of
my children who survive me shall be entitled to choose one item
from my tangible personal property, including any automobile
which I may own at the time of my death, but excluding cash,
securities or other like items, all of my remaining items of
tangible personal property not so chosen by my children shall be
sold either at public or private sale for such prices and upon
such terms or conditions as my hereinafter-named Executrix deems
proper. The proceeds from the sale of all such personalty shall
be added to and hereinafter distributed in accordance with the
residuary clause of this my Last Will and Testament.

equally, provided that the share of any child who predeceases me
shall be distributed to his or her issue, per stirpes, living at
the time of my death, and in default of such then-living issue,
such share shall be added to the share or shares for my other
children.
SIXTH: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed
in consequence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever
jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a
part of the expense of the administration of my estate.

I, NORM1\N E. IIARDAUGII, of North Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking all other wills and codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST:

I direct that all my just debts and funeral

SECOND: I give and bequeath and direct that each of
my children who survive me shall be entitled to choose one item
from my tangible personal property, including any automobile
which I may own at the time of my death, but excluding cash,
securities or other like items, all of my remaining items of
tangible personal property not so chosen by my children shall be
sold either at public or private sale for such prices and upon
such terms or conditions as my hereinafter-named Executrix deems
proper. The proceeds from the sale of all such personalty shall
be added to and hereinafter distributed in accordance with the
residuary clause of this my Last will and Testament.
