I, MARY K. HELLER, of Silver Spring Township,
Cumberland County, PennsYlvania, do hereby make this as a Sole
Codicil to my Will dated June 11, 1993.
I, I hereby amend Paragraph I of my said Will as
follows:
A, Insert at the beginning of said Paragraph a
new first sentence, "I bequeath such items of my tangible
personal property as are set forth in a separate memorandum,
which I shall place with my Will, to the persons therein
designated."; and
B, Change the first three lines of the previously
first sentence of said Paragraph to read, "I direct my Executor
hereinafter named to distribute to my two adult children, DALE E.
HELLER and INA H. HEISEY, such otheL articles of ~ tangible
personal property, including. ..."
II. I hereby revoke Paragraph VI of my said Will and in
lieu thereof provide as follows: "VI. I appoint my grandnephew,
KURT A. KIMMEL, Executor of this my Last Will. If Kurt A. Kimmel
is unable or unwilling to qualify as executor. or having
qualified is unable or unwilling to continue to act, I appoint
the FINANCIAL TRUST SERVICES COMPANY of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
or its SUccessor in business as executor.
III. In all other respects, I hereby ratify, confirm and
republish my said Will dated June 11, 1993.

C. One-third (1/3) to my grandchildren in equal
shares, if living; and if any of them be deceased, to their
surviving issue per stirpes or, if any of my grandchildren die
without issue, to the survivor(s) of them.
IV, Any share of my estate which shall become
distributable to a minor may be held by my Executor as Trustee in
trust for said minor, deposited in a savings account, certificate
of deposit or similar security with a federally insured banking
or savings institution in the name of the minor and marked not to
be withdrawn until said minor attains the age of 18 years or upon
order of a court of competent jurisdiction,
V. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in
consequence of my death, including any interest or penalties
thereon, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdistion imposed,
shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense
of the administration of my estate.
VI. I appoint the Farmers Trust Company of Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, or its successor, Executor of this my last will.
VII. I direct that my Executor and Trustee or its
successor shall not be required to give bond for the faithful
performance of its duties in any jurisdiction.

Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will
and revoke all wills which I have previously made,
I. I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
distribute to my two adult children, Dale E. Heller and Ina H,
Heisey, such articles of tangible personal property, including
items of family significance, as they shall select and agree
between themselves, or in the event of disagreement as my
Executor hereinafter named may determine, said distribution to be
as nearly equal in value as is reasonably possible. Any articles
not so distributed shall be sold and the proceeds added to my
residuary estate.
II. I direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell any
real property which forms a part of my estate at either public or
private sale, and to add the proceeds therefrom to my residuary
estate.
III. I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate as follows:
A. One-third (1/3) to my son, Dale E. Heller, if
living; otherwise to his surviving issue per stirpes,

Codicil to my Will dated June 11, 1993.
I. I hereby amend Paragraph I of my said Will as
follows:
A. Insert at the beginning of said Paragraph a
new first sentence, "I bequeath such items of my tangible
personal property as are set forth in a separate memorandum,
which I shall place with my Will, to the persons therein
designated."; and
B. Change the first three lines of the previously
first sentence of said Paragraph to read, "I direct my Executor
hereinafter named to distribute to my two adult children, DALE E.
HELLER and INA H. HEISEY, such other articles of ~ tangible
personal property, including...."
II, I hereby revoke Paragraph VI of my said will and in
lieu thereof provide as follows: "VI. I appoint my grandnephew,
KURT A. KIMMEL, Executor of this my Last Will. If Kurt A. Kimmel
is unable or unwilling to qualify as executor, or having
qualified is unable or unwilling to continue to act, I appoint
the FINANCIAL TRUST SERVICES COMPANY of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
or its successor in business as executor.
III. In all other respects, I hereby ratify, confirm and
republish my said Will dated June 11, 1993.
