1. J give one-half of my e:Jtate to my son, Richard L.
Raudabaugh; If he ha:J predeceaJed me I Give the same to my
hereinafter designated trusteo under the ~ame terms , with the
same powers, and for the same persons as 3tated in paragraph
two (2.) hereof. If he survive3 me the value of the real estate
at 41 i'iest Pomfret btreet, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, as finally
arrived at in the determination of the Pennsylvania Inheritance
Tax liability of my estate shall be used in computing the one-half
of my net e~tate given herein to said son, Richard L. Raudabaugh
so as to preserve the place of business of my son, if he wants
to have it. If its value as so determined is less than one-half
the net value of my estate my executor shall make and deliver to
him a special warranty deed therefor at no expense to him at the
time of the distribution of my estate and shall distribute to him
the difference between its value, as so determined, and the
figure representing one-half the net value of my estate. If its
value, as so determined, is r.tore than one-half the net value of
my estate the delivery of the deed to r.ty son, Richard L. Raudabaugh,
shall be accor.tpanied, in the distribution of my estate, by the
payment by my said son to my executor of the difference between
said valuation and the figure representing one-half the net value
of my estate. The election by my said son to take said property
under the above conditions shall be made in writing to my executors
within 30 days of my death. If he elects not to take ~aid property
under the above conditions he shall give written notice thereof
to my executors \'1ithin 30 days of my death. lIis election not to
take such property under the above conditions shall in no way
affect his right to receive the gift to him of one-half of the
net value of my estate as outlined above.
2. I give the other one-half of the net value of my estate
~o Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Cor.tpany of Carlisle, Pennsylvania
1n trust, as a single trust, for my ~randchildren, Richard L.
Raudabaugh II , born cieptember IS, 1958, Troy A. Raudabaughl born
November 4, 1960, Brian K. Raudabaugh, born January 26, 19b2 and
Joni I,t. Raudabaugh, born July I, 1965, said trust to be '
administered by it under the following conditions:
a. It shall, in the exercise of its duties as trustee,
have the same powers of discretion and the same power to act as I
would have if no trust existed and I \'Iere personally present and
acting in connection therewith any la\l presently existing or
hereafter coming into existence to the contrary notwithstanding.
b. It shall be r;uidcd only by the consideration of l'lhat it,
as a :;ub:;titute for f'l(), .in itc; .;olQ dbcretion, fc:cl:; is necessary
for the welfare of ';aicl 1jl'andchildren con"idercd as individuals
in the light of their age, condition in life, health, ambitions, etc.,

d. The trust shall remain in existence for my Grandchild,
Richard L. Raudabaugh II, during his life. On his death his interest
in its then principal and interest shall inure to the benefit of
the other aforesaid grandchildren by passing to them per stirpes
and shall be and continue a part 01' the single trust provided for
herein or be paid to them as warranted by the follCl'ling provisions.
n. At the time the beneficiaries of the trust other,than
Richard L. Raudabaugh~, reach twenty-five (25) years of age the
person so becoming that age shall be paid by my aforesaid trustee
the principal and income attributable to his interest in the
trust per stirpes.
B. I direct that all taxes that nay be assessed in consequence
of my death, of vlhatever nature and by 'o'/hatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid by my personal representative as an expense
01' the administration of my estate.
C. I appoint my wife, Anna I,lae Raudabaugh, executrix to
settle my estate. If she fails to qualify or ceases to act as
sur:h, I appoint my son, Richard L. Raudabaugh, and the Dauphin
Deposit Bank and Trust Company of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
executors to settle same. 1;ly executors shall serve \'Iithout the
neces:.lity of filing bond, and I direct that the services of
Marion R. Lower, Attorney at Law, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania,
be used in the settlement of my estate.
