I, ELEANOR L. HOOD of the Borough of Camp 11111, Cumberland County,
and Commonwealth of Pennaylvania, declare thia to be my laat will and revoke
any will previously made by me.
ITEM I: 1 give devise and bequeath all of my estate, of every
nature, and wherever situate, to my daughter, DIANE B. HELMICK, provided she
survives me by thirty days.
ITEM II: If my daughter, DIANE B. HELMICK, is not living on the
thirty-first day following the date of my death, I give, devise and bequeath
all of my estate to the issue of DIANE B. HELMICK, per stirpes.

RECEIPT. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF ACCOUNTING
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Diane B. Helmick, being
the sole beneficiary under the will of Eleanor L. Hood, hereby ac-
knowledge that I have received all sums of money and property due me
by virtue of the death of Eleanor L. Hood, in full satisfaction and
settlement of all of my rights and claims under her estate.
I further declare, intending to be legally bound, that I hereby
waive my right to require the filing of a First and Final Account and
Proposed Schedule of Distribution in any Court of Common pleas having
jurisdiction over the same, and I acknowledge that I have had an
opportunity to examine copies of the books and records of the said
estate, and I agree to the final distribution of the estate without
further formalities, and with the same force and effect as if a First
and Final Account and Proposed Distribution had been filed in a Court
of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania having jurisdiction over the same and
duly audited and confirmed.
AND THEREFORE, I, Diane B. Helmick, do by these presents, remise,
release, quitclaim and forever discharge Charles H. Stone, the Execu-
tor, his heirs, successors and assigns, from his acts as Executor, and
of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,
