LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JUNIATA Ii': MARTIN
I, JUNIATA F. MARTIN, of 220 Roxbury Ridge, Shippensburg,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and under-
standil'\g, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby reVOking and making void any and all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I - I hereby direct my hereinafter named Personal Repre-
sentative to pay all of my just debts, funeral expenses, estate
and inheritanco taxes as soon after my death as may be' found con-
venient.
ITF.M II - All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
I leave unto my children, TIMOTHY G. MARTIN and MATTHEW D. MARTIN,
in equal shares. In the event either of my children shall pre-
decease me, then that deceased child's share shall be distributed
among his or her issue, per stirpes. In the event any child shall
die without leaving issue surviving him, then that deceased child's
share shall be distributed to the surviving child.
ITEM III - In the event either of my sons shall be under the
age of legal majority at the time he is entitled to take under
this Will, then I nominate, constitute and appoint DOROTHY H. KEEBAUGH
and EDGAR R. KEEBAUGH, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, as Guardian
of the estate of such minor child.
ITEM IV - I her.eby nominate, constitute and appoint DOROTHY
H. KEEBAUGH and EDGARD R. KEEBAUGH, as Co-Executors of this my
