I, THEODORE S. FAHNESTOCK, having my legal residence at 17
South Baltimore Avenue, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County,
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do hereby declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, revoki~g all other Wills and Codicils
heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct that the e~penses of my
last illness and funeral be paid from my estate as soon as
practicabl~ after my death.
SECOND: I devise and bequeath the sum of
Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) to THE UNITED METHODIST
CHURCH on Chestnut Street in Mt. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania.

Improvements.. 1'his 31 x 31' ..2~ story frame/vinyl siding,
front and rear porch, asphalt shingle roof, 1922 sq.ft. was
built around 1870. It consists of kitchen, wooden wall and
base cabinets, double drain porcelain sink and vinyl floor;
dining room, open foyer, carpet, french doors to the kitchen,
and open stairway, living room, carpet, large stone fire-
place and suspended ceilingl laundry room with washer-dryer
hookup and vinyl floor; bath, shower stall and vinyl floor,
2nd floor bath, old tub, vinyl floor and panelled walls. 4
bedrooms, carpeted, some with closets and some heated and
hallway is carpeted. Blown insulation in attic floor.
Basement, stone foundation, concrete floor, interior and
exterior entrances and 100 ampere electric service (fuses),
