LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

RUTH THORLEY
I, RUTH THORLEY, of Fairview Township, York County, Pennsylvania,
declare this to be my last will and revoke any will previously made by
me.
ITEM I: I devi~e and bequeath all of my estate, of every nature
and wherever situate, in equal shares to sLlch of my nieces and nephews,
Hazel Thornton, Freda Ayre, Joyce Fink, Aretha Miller, Joseph Stoner
and Ruth Regan, as survive me by thirty (30) days. Should any of my
above named neices and nephews predecease me or die on or before the
thirtieth (30th) day following my death, I devise and bequeath the
share of such neice or nephew to his or her issue, per stirpes, living
on the thirty-first (31) day following my death; and should any such
niece or nephew of mine leave no such issue living on the thirty-first
(31) day following my death, I devise and bequeath the share of such
niece or nephew to my isslle, per stirpes, living on the thirty-first
(31) day following my death.
ITEM II: I appoint my Co-Executors and their successors guardian
of any property which passes, either. under this will or otherwise, to a
minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian
and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap-
pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary
in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or
