I, MORRIS A. NICHOLS, of the Borough of New cumberland, cumberland
county, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and deolare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and oodicila by me at any time made.
ITEM 1, I direct my Executors to pay the expenses of my last
illness and funeral expenses from the property passing under this Will as an
expense and cost of administration of my estate.

NICHOLS, absolutely, and in fee simple, all my property, real, personal and
mixed, of whatsoever nature or kind, and wheresoever the same shall be at the
time of my death.
ITEM 3. In the event that my wife, EVELYN E, NICHOLS, should
predeoease me or if she and I shOUld die as a result of a cornmon disaster or
under such oiroumstanoes that it is diffioult or impossible to determine who
died first, 1 give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate of any kind whatsoever, real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever
situate unto my children, ROBERT A, NICHOLS, KENNETH A. NICHOLS, MORRIS A.
NICllOLS, JR., TED A, NICHOLS, MICHAEt, A, NICHOLS, PATRICIA WALTERS, NANCY
KEELER, KATHLEEN HOFFMAN and CYNTHIA KREITZER, equally, share and share alike.
In the event that one or more of my children predeceases me, then his or her
share shall be distributed among my surviving children in equal shares,
ITEM 4. I hereby nominats, constitute and appoint my son, KENNETH
A. NICHOLS, and my daughter, CYNTHIA KREITZER, as Executors of my Estste. In
