I, GWILYM L, l-IET,LER, presently residing at 4713 E. Trindle
Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17055, hereby
declare this writing to be my I,ast will and 'l'estament and revoke
all Wills which I have previously made.
FIRST: 1 give all of my tangible personal property, including
automobiles, together with all insurance on such property, to my
wife, SARA E. llET,LER, if she survives me by sixty days / otherwise
tho tangible personal property shall become part of my residuary
estate.
SECOND:
I give, devise and bequeath all tho residue of my
estate, of whatever nature and wherever situate, to my wife, SARA
E. HELI,ER, if she survives me by sixty days.
THIRD: If my wife prec1eceases me or fails to survive me by
sixty days, then I give, devise and bequeath all the residue of my
ostate, of whatever nature and wherever situate to the following in
equal shares per stirpes: Ill\RRY l,eROY HELLER, my brother, or his
issue, per stirpes; TllELtl1A H. STEINER, my sister, or her issue, per
stirpes; DONALD L. RENNINGER, my wife's nephew, or his issue, per
stirpes; and RICHARD K. McCARTNEY, my wife's half brother, or his
issue per stirpes.
FOURTH:
Any share of my reelic1uary estate which becomes
distributable to a minor shall be held in trust by my F.xecutor

during minority.
He shall apply such amounts of income and
principal as ~e, in his s61e discretion, dOGms proper for the
support, education and, w(llfart' of such minor and shall accumulat.e
any unexpended balance of income.
Such nmounts mny be applied
directly or may be pnid to the person with whom such minor resides
or who hns the care or control of such minor, without the
intervention of 11 guardian. My Executor shall not be obliged to
supervise or inquire into the application of such amounts by such
person, and the receipt of such person shall be a complete relEJase
of my Exequtor.
FOURTH: All estate I inheritance, succession and other taxes,
imposed or payable by reason of my death, and interest and
penal tiesther.eon , with respect to all property comprising my gross
estate for tax purposes, whether or not such propsJ;ty passes under
this Will, shall be paid out. of the principal of my residuary
estate, without apportionment or right of rein\bursement.
FIFTH: I appoint my wife, SARAE. HELLER, Executrix of this
Will. Should she, for any reason, fail to Qunlify or cease to act
as such during the administration of my estate, I appoint my
brother HARRY LeROY HELLER, Execut.or of this Will. Should he for
any reason fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor during the
administration of my estate, then I appoint DONALD L. RENNINGER,
Executor of this will. No Executor shall be required to enter bond
or fUrnish sureties in any jurisdiction.
