WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, JOHN P. CRIBBS died on August 14. 1996, leaving a Will whieh
was duly probated on September 27. 1996 in the Office oflhe Register of Wills of Cumberland
County, PA, and
WHEREAS. THOMAS J. CRIBBS, KENNETH J. CRIBBS, and
JOYCE M. LANPHIER are the sole bcneficiaries under the decedent's Will, dated August 31,
1976,and

WHEREAS, THOMAS J. CRIBBS, KENNETH J. CRIBBS, and
JOYCE M. LANPHIER have reached certain agreements with respect to the estate which they
wish to reduce to writing.
NOW THEREFORE, intending to be legally bound, the parties agree as follows.
I. All of the just debts including funeral expenses, administration expenses
including executors' cOl11missions, and inheritance taxes shall be paid out
of the assets oflhe Estate of JOHN P. CRIBBS and the balance remaining
shall be paid to THOMAS J. CRIBBS. KENNETH J. CRIBBS, and
JOYCE M. LANPHIER according to Ihe Will which is allached hereto
and made a part hereof.

2. Each party waives his or her right to require the Co-Executors,
KENNETH J. CRII3BS amI JOYCE M. LANPIIIER to file a First and
Final Account and proposed Statement of Distribution in the Court of
Common Pleas of Cumberland County.
3. The Real Estate at 511 Ninth Street, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania, has
been conveyed to KENNETH J. CRIBBS in accordance with an
agreement of one-third of the appraised amount to THOMAS J. CRIBBS
and JOYCE M. LANPHIER. KENNETH J. CRIBBS' one-third interest is
his share in the above described premises.
4. The parties hereto, therefore, have remised, released, quitclaimed and
forever discharged, and by these presents, for themselves, their heirs,
executors and administrators, do remise, release, quitclaim and forever
discharge each other, of and from all, and all manner of action and actions,
cause and causes of action and actions, suits, whatsoever in law or equity,
which against either, each may have, ever had, now have or which each
hereafter can, shall or may have, arising out of the administration of the
estate of JOHN P. CRIBBS.

publish and declare this my Last Will and 'I'estamant, hereby
revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:
I do direct that my Executrix make
payment of all my debts, taxes, inheritance taxes, all expenses
of my last illness and funeral expenses.
SECOND:
I give, devise, and bequeath all my
property whether real, personal or mixed, remaining after the
payment of my above debts and expenses, to my beloved wife,
MARY CRIBBS absolutely.
THIRD:
In the event that my beloved wife,
11ARY CRIBBS predeceases me or, dies as a result of a conunon
accident, then and in that event I give, devise and bequeath all
of my said estate consiting of real, personal property, or
mixed property to my three children, my son THOMAS J. CRIBBS,
of 5021 Queens Ave., Daybon, Ohio 45406, my son KENNETH J.
CRIBBS of R. D. #4, Dillsburg, Pa, 17019 and my daughter JOYCE
M. CRIBBS residing at 691 Garden Drive, Apt. 6 Harrisburg, Pa,
17111, share and share alike.
FOURTH:
In thee vent that any of my said chi1-
dren shall predecease me, then, and in that event that reepective
child's share shall go to their children, whether legally adoped
or natural born, share and share alike as to the deceased's
child's respective share.
