remise, release, quit.c1aim, and forever discharge the said Estate of Robcrt Freeman aforesaid, his heirs, executors
and administrators, of and from the aforesaid claim, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatever, from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents.
AND, THEREFORE, the said FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF GEORGIA agrees to refund
to the Estate of Robert Freeman, any portion of the distribution to which it is not properly entitled, and to
the extent of said distribution, to indemnify said Estate for claims made against it or its heirs, executors
and administrators, and to reimburse to said Estate all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any
such claims.
AND the said FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF GEORGIA hereby consents and agrees that the
Orphans' Court of Cumberland County may mark the claims aforesaid "Satisfied" on the record, without further
