I, JOSEPH DANZA, of Hampden Township, CumberlaRd County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my last will and revoke any
will previously made by me.
ITEM I: I bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00)
DOUUARS to my brother, JAMES DANZA, and his wife, MABEC DANZA,
Dr to the survivor of them.
ITEM II: I bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00)
DOUUARS to HEUEN DANZA, widow of my brother NATHAN DANZA.
ITEM III: I bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00)
DOUUARS to my brother, CHARUES DANZA, and his wife, MARY DANZA,
or to the survivor of them.
ITEM IV: I bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00)
DOUUARS to my brother, ANGECO DANZA, and his wife, ANN DANZA,
or. to the sur.vivor of them.
ITEM V: I bequeath (1) my automobile, household goods and
personal effects and other taRgible personality of like nature
(not including cash or securities), together with any existing
insurance thereon, and, (2) the balance in my two checking
accounts, one at CCNB Bank. ACCDunt No. 193-662-4. and the
other at Commonwealth National Bank, Account No. 2521-03256, to

ITEM VI: I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate
of every nature and wherever si tuate, to the trustee
hereinafter named, IN TRUST, for the following uses and
purposes:
A, To pay the net income to my granddaughter,
ROBIN M. RONEMUS; my grandson, JOSEPH DANZA RONEMUS; my son,
KEITH D. RONEMUS; and my daughter-in-law, DOROTHY L.
RONEMU5; and to the survi vor of them. Trustee sha 11 make
such payments once a year in the month of January.
B. Five years from the date of my death, the
Trust shall terminate and the then-remaining principal and
any accumulated or undistributed income shall be distributed
in four (4) equal shares as follows:
(1) One share to my granddaughter, ROB I N M.
RONEMU5, if she is theR-living.
(2) One share to my grandson, JOSEPH DANZA
,RONEMU5, if he is then-living.
(3) One share to my SDn, KEITH D. RONEMU5,
Jf he is then-living.
(4) One share to my daughter-in-law, DOROTHY

(S) If there is any share tD which no Dne is

such share shall be added equally to the other shares

ITEM VII: The interests of the beneficiaries hereunder
shall nDt be subject to anticipation or to voluntary or
involuntary alienation.
