LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

MARY K. WRIGHTSTONE
I, MARY K. WRIGHTSTONE, of the Borough of Shiremans-
town, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, pUblish and declare
this as and for my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
P'IRST: I direct the payment of all my
the expenses of my last illness and funeral from
soon after my death as conveniently may be done.
~ECOND: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon, as
follows:

(A) One-third (1/3) thereof to my daughter, BETTY JANE
WHARTON. Should BETTY JANE WHARTON predecease me, I devise and
bequeath that her share pass, in equal shares, to NANCY L. ENDERS
and ROBERT L. WRIGHTSTONE.
(B) One-third (1/3) thereof to my daughter, NANCY L.
ENDERS. Should NANCY L. ENDERS predecease me, I devise and
bequeath that her share or shares pass to her issue per stirpes
by representation.
(C) One-sixth (1/6) thereof to my son, ROBERT L.
WRIGHTSTONE. Should ROBERT L. WRIGHTSTONE predecease me, I
devise and bequeath that his share or shares pass to his son,
BRIAN L. WRIGHTSTONE.
(D) One-sixth (1/6) thereof to my grandson, BRIAN L.
WRIGHTSTONE. Should BRIAN L. WRIGHTSTONE predecease me, I devise
and bequeath that his share or shares pass to his issue per
stirpes by representation.
THIRD: In addition to all powers granted to them by
law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries

(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, dny real or personal property and to give
options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or
conditions as are deemed proper. This includes the power to give
legally sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(C) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(D) To invest in all forms of property, including
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax

aries in cash or in kind or partly in each.
(H) 'ro borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,

retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stook ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to t.he
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exeroise
any other rights whioh they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.
FOtlJl,TH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
8I~~~: I nominate and appoint BETTY JANE WHARTON,
Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said BET1'Y JANE WHARTON, I nominate and appoint
NANCY L. ENDERS, Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament.
In the further event of the death, resignation or inability to
serve for any reason whatsoever of the said NANCY L. ENDERS, I
nominate and appoint ROBERT L. WRIGH1'S'l'ONE, Executor of this, my
Last Will and 'I'estament. I direct that my Executor or Executrix,
as the case may be, and their successors, shall not be required
to post security or a bond for the performance of their duties in
any jurisdiction.

$10,944.00, same constituting a prepayment at discount on account
of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-captioned estate.

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first
part, by virtue of the power and authority aforesaid,. in said
will contained, and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred

the said partles of the second part, at and be fora the ensealing

South 78 degrees 56 minutes West by lands of same for a distance
of 95 feet to the eastern line of Washington Avenue; thenoe North
11 degrees 4 minutes West by the eastern line of Washington

BEING the same premises whioh John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub,
his wife, by deed dated May 31, 1961 and recorded June 13, 1961
in the Cumberland County Reoorder of Deeds Office in Deed Book
"F", Volume 20, Page 444, granted and conveyed unto Leroy O.
Wrightstone and Mary K. Wrightstons, his wife. The said Leroy O.
Wrightstone died January 17, 1980, whereupon full and complete
title to the within described real estate became vested solely ill
Mary K. Wrightstone, surviving spouse, the deoedent herein. The
said Mary K. Wright stone died September 27, 1996

OF
MARY K. WRIGHTSTONE
I, MARY K. WRIGHTSTONE, of the Borough of Shiremans-
town, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all
other Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct the payment of all my
the expenses of my last illness and funeral from
soon after my death as conveniently may be done.
SECOND: r devise and bequeath all the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever
situate, including any property over which I hold power of
appointment and together with any insurance policies thereon, as
follows:

WHARTON. Should BETTY JANE WHARTON predecease me, I devise and
bequeath that her share pass, in equal shares, to NANCY L. ENDERS

(B) One-third (1/3) thereof to my daughter, NANCY L.
ENDERS. Should NANCY L. ENDERS predecease me, I devise and
bequeath that her share or shares pass to her issue per stirpes
by representation.
(e) One-sixth (1/6) thereof to my son, ROBERT L.
WRIGHTS'I'ONE. Should ROBERT L. WRIGHTSTONE predecease me, I
devise and bequeath that his share or shares pass to his son,
BRIAN L. WRIGHTSTONE.
(D) One-sixth (1/6) thereof to my grandson, BRIAN L.
WRIGHTSTONE. Should BRIAN L. WRIGHTSTONE predecease me, I devise
and bequeath that his share or shares pass to his issue per
stirpes by representation.

law and by other provisions of this will, I give the fiduciaries
acting hereunder the following powers,

(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to lease,
for any period of time, any real or personal property and to give
options tor sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon
such terms (including credit, with or without security) or

to receive the pr.oceeds of any disposition of it.
(B) To partition, subdivide, or improve real estate
and to enter into agreements concerning the partition, subdivi-
sion, improvement, zoning or. management of real estate and to
impose or extinguish restrictions on real estate.
(e) To compromise any claim or controversy and to
abandon any property which is of little or no value.
(0) To invest in all forms of property, inclUding
stocks, common trust funds and mortgage investment funds, without
restriction to investments authorized for Pennsylvania fiduci-
aries, as are deemed proper, without regard to any principle of
diversification, risk or productivity.
(E) To exercise any option, right or privilege granted
in insurance policies or in other investments.
(F) To exercise any election or privilege given by the
Federal and other tax laws, including, but not necessarily being
limited to, personal income, gift and estate or inheritance tax
applicable to

(H) To borrow money from themselves or others in order
to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,

~etirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stook ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exeroise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they oonsider advisable.
FOURTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
FIFTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary, and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
SIXTH: I nominate and appoint BETTY JANE WHARTON,
Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event of
the death, resignation or inability to serve for any reason
whatsoever of the said BETTY JANE WHARTON, I nominate and appoint
NANCY L. ENDERS, Executrix of this, my Last will and Testament.
In the further event of the death, resignation or inability to
serve for any reason whatsoever of the said NANCY L. ENDERS, I
nominate and appoint ROBERT L. WRIGHTSTONE, Executor of this, my
Last Will and Testament. I direct that my Executor or Executrix,
as the case may be, and their successors, shall not be required
to post security or a bond for the performance of t.heir duties in
any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
