6. I give and bequeath my pearl-handled pistol and my
single barreled shotgun to my son, Leo G. Tanger, Jr., provided
he survives my death.
7. I give and bequeath the sum of Two Hundred Dollars
($200.00) to my son, Carl L. Tanger, provided he survives my
death.
8. I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate
to my other children, Pauline E. McCoy, Leo G. Tanger, Jr.,
Shirley J. Kramer, Linda K. Griffie and Donna S. Myers, share and
share alike.
9. Other than the specific bequests to my son, Carl L.
Tanger, in Paragraphs Nos. 5 and 7, I have not made a provision
in this Will for him to share in the remainder of my estate.
This is not because of a lack of affection for him, but because I
have already provided amply for him during my lifetime.
10. I nominate and appoint my daughters, Pauline E. McCoy
and Shirley J. Kramer, as Executrices of this my Last Will and
Testament; and I direct that they shall serve as such without the
necessity of filing bond or security in any jurisdiction.
11. In addition to the powers above provided for and those
given by law, my Executrices, without any order of court and in
their sole discretion, maYI
A. Retain any property owned by me at my death and
any form of life insurance, annuity or endowment policies;
and in so doing they may act without restriction to so-
called legal investments and without responsibility for
diversification.
