GRACE M. WILKES
I, GRACE M. WILKES, of Lancaster Township, Lancaster
County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will, and I
revoke all Wills and Codicils which I made heretofore.
First: My debts and the expenses of my last illness and
funeral shall be paid out of my estate.
Second: My husband, MIl,TON R. WILKES, and I own as tenants
by the entirety all the furniture, rugs, and other household
effects situate in our home.
Third: I give all of my estate, real and personal, to my
husband, MILTON R. WILKES, if he survives me and is living
thirty (30) days after the date of my death.
Fourth: If my husband, MILTON R. WILKES, does not survive
me, or if he dies within thirty (30) days from the date of my
death, I give all of my estate, real and personal, to my
daughter, NANCY J. BUBEL, if she survives met or to her
descendants, per stirpes.
Fifth: Should any beneficiary of mine, having become
entitled to any of my property under any Article of this Will,
have not attained the age of twenty-one (21) years, I direct that
his or her share be held in a separate trust until he or she

attains the age of twenty-one (2],) years. As to this separate
trust, in addition to all common and statutory powers and by way
of illustration and not by way of limitation, the Trustee shall
have all of the powers granted by Artiole sixth of this Will, and
shall have the power to colleot the inoome from the trust
property and, until suoh benefioiary shall attain the age of
twenty-one (21) years, to apply so muoh or all of the principal
thereof and so much or all of the income, and any acoumulated
income, to the support, eduoation and maintenance of such
benefioiary as the Trustee shall see fit, and to accumulate,
invest and reinvest the unexpended balanoe of such principal and
income until such beneficiary shall attain the age of twenty-one
(21) years, and thereupon to pay over the then principal,
together with any accumulated inoome, to such beneficiary, and if
such beneficiary shall die before attaining the age of twenty-one
(21) years, and upon the death of such beneficiary, the then
principal, together with any accumulated income, shall be paid
over to the estate of such beneficiary.
Sixth: Any fiduciary appointed in this Will, or any duly
appointed sucoessor, may exercise the powers given by i.aw and
those given by this Will and, in addition thereto and without any
Or'der of Court and in the disoretion of suoh fiduciary, may:
(A) Retain any property which at any time is a part of
my estate, regardless of riSk or lack of diversification.
(B) Invest and reinvest in any property without
restriotion t,o legal investments.

(C) Exercise any option, right or privilege to
subscribe for and put'chase or acquire stock, bonds, notes,
mortgages or other property, real or personal, without
responsibility for lack of diversification in con~equence of so
doing.
(0) Vote securities, in person or by proxy, and in
such connection delegate disoretionary powers.
(E) Repair, alter, improve or lease any property for
any period of time, and give options for leases.
(F) Retain any part or all of any business interest so
long as the fiduciary considers it advisable to do so, and
conduct, alone or wit.h another or others, any business in which I
am engaged or in which I have an interest at my death, with all
t,he powers of an owner with respect thereto, including the powers
to delegate discretionary duties to another or to others, to pay
adequate oompensation to any such person, to invest other
property in such business, and to incorporate it or change its
form.
(G) Sell at public or private sale, for cash or
credit, with or without security, exchange or partition propert.y,
and give options for sales or exchanges.
(H) Borrow money from any person or enti,ty, including
the fiduciary, and mort.gage or pledge any property.
(I) compromise or abandon claims.
(J) Add to the principal of any trust created in this
Will any property received from any person by deed, will or in
any other way; and, as to the Trustee, receive proceeds of life
