I, ROBERT PAUL SPRINGER, a resident of 204 State Street, West Falrvlew,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make. publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils made by me.
FIRST
IDENTITY OF TESTATOR'S FAMILY
I declare that I have three children, now living, whose names are BROCK
R. SPRINGER, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; LAURIE B. KESSLER, of
Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania; and PATRICK J. SPRINGER, of Dillon, Colorado; all of
whom have reached the age of majority. All references in this Will to "my children" are
references to the above-named children.
SECOND
DISPOSITION OF ESTATE
I specifically bequeath all my hunting equipment, hunting clothes, and
tools to my son BROCK R. SPRINGER. In the event he predeceases me, the aforesaid
Items shall be bequeathed to his children to share and share alike.
I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate, whether real, personal or
mixed, to my children, to share and share alike. Each bequest to a child who does
not survive me by thirty (30) days shall be distributed to such child's Issue, per
stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days.

beneliciaries thereof subsequently order otherwise. The transfer of sllid property interest is also
done in accordance with certain provisions oflhllt unrecorded Agreement dllted November IS,
1988 between Decedent and Annll Mile Springer, formerly owners of sllid property as tenants by
the entireties, which provisions required by tbat both said pllrties provide for the irrevocllble
testamentary transfer of their respective interests in such property, liS tenllnts lit common, to their
adult children.
The liquidated assets of the Estate shllll be disbursed in equlIl shllres to three beneliciaries
of the Last Will and Testament of Robert Paul Springer, dated November 29, 1994, which
document has been probated with the Register of Wills for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
The total sum of the liquidated principal assets and income of the Estate, to be distributed to said
beneliciaries is $28,164.63, less any amounts to be paid for outstanding or future legal fees or
costs.
END OF ACCOUNTING
Brock R. Springer, Executor, under the Last Will and Testament of Robert Paul
Springer, deceased. hereby declares under penalty of perjury that he has fully and faithfully
discharged the duties of his office; that the foregoing First and Final Accounting is true and
correct and fully discloses all signilicanttransactions occurring during the accounting period; that
all known claims against the Estate have been paid in full; that, to his knowledge, there are no
claims now outstanding against the Estate; and that all taxes presently due from the Estate have
been paid.

All debts, expenses. and taxes of the Estate shall be paid from the assets of the Estate
prior to any distribution to any beneficiary in accordance with the Last Will and Testament of
Robert Paul Springer, dated November 29, 1994.
All Estate assets have been liquidated to date except for the interest of the Estate in the
real property located at 204 State Street, West Fairview, Pennsylvania. That property interest
will be transferred in kind from the Estate by Executor's Deed to the three beneficiaries of the
Last Will and Testament of Robert Paul Springer, dated November 29. 1994, to wit: Brock R.
Springer, Laurie B. Kessler, and Patrick 1. Springer, as tenants at common, unless the

I, ROBERT PAUL SPRINGER, a resident of 204 State Street, West Falrvlew,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils made by me.
FIRST
IDENTITY OF TESTATOR'S FAMILY
I declare that I have three children, now living, whose names are BROCK
R. SPRINGER, of New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; LAURIE B. KESSLER, of
Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania; and PATRICK J. SPRINGER, of Dillon, Colorado; all of
whom have reached the age of maJority. All references In this Will to "my children" are
references to the above.named children.
SECOND
DISPOSITION OF ESTATE
I specifically bequeath all my hunting equipment, hunting clothes, and
tools to my son BROCK R. SPRINGER. In the event he predeceases me, the aforesaid
Items shall be bequeathed to his children to share and share alike.
I give, devise, and bequeath my entire estate, whether real, personal or
mixed, to my children, to share and share alike. Each bequest to a child who does
not survive me by thirty (30) days shall be distributed to such child's Issue, per
stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days.

Cc) Prior to any distribution of my estate, I direct that all
taxes, expenses, costs or fees, If any, be paid from my gross estate In order that all
beneficiaries shar'e equally In their burden except for any beneficiary of a specific
bequest herein.

estate, to make such payments, division, or distribution wholly or partly In kind by
allotting the transferring specific securities or other personal or real properties of
undivided Interests therein as a part of the whole of anyone or more payments or
shares at current values In the manner deemed advisable by my Executor/Executrix.
Any ofthe above powers may be exercised, except as otherwise provided
by law, from time to time in the discretion of my Executor/Executrix without further
court order or license.

WILL CONTESTS
If any beneficiary or remainderman under this Will In any manner,
directly or Indirectly, contests or attacks this Will or any of Its provisions, any share
or interest In my estate established by this Will given to that contesting beneficiary
or remainderman under this Will Is revoked and shall be disposed of In the same
manner provided herein as If that contesting beneficiary or remainderman had
predeceased me without issue.

GENERAL
Effect of Inooeratlve. Invalid. or IIleQal Provision
(1) If any of the provisions of this Will or of any Codicils thereto are held
to be Inoperative, Invalid, or illegal, It Is my Intention that all of the remaining
