LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ANNA S. FREY
I, ANNA s. FREY, of Hampden Township, Cumberland county,
pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I - I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
ITEM II - I direct that I be interred at Rolling Green
Memorial Park cemetery in the space immediately adjacent to the
grave of my late husband, Charles W. Hawk.
ITEM III - I give and bequeath my personal effects,
clothing, jewelry, household articles and furniture to my sister,
KATHRYN S. HAHNLEN.
ITEM IV - All the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever
situated, I give, devise and bequeath, in three (3) equal parts, as
follows:
(A) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my nephew, LYN MILTON HAHNLEN.
(B) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my niece LETTY ANN MILLER.
(C) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my TRUSTEE, hereinafter named, to be divided
into two separate and equal trusts, one trust for the
benefit of BRIAN DAVID HAHNLEN, and the other trust for
the benefit of CHAD LYN HAHNLEN, to hold, invest and
reinvest the same, and after paying all of the expenses
necessary or incident to the management of the trusts, to
accumulate or to pay over the net income and such part or
parts of the principal from each respective trust to each
respective beneficiary, as in the sole discretion of my
Trustee may be necessary or advisable.
At such time as each respective beneficiary attains the
age of 30 years, each respective trust shall be terminated, at
which time my Trustee shall sell the remaining property in the
respective trust or pay it over to the respective beneficiary, as
my Trustee deems proper. It is my desire, however, that my Bell
Atlantic stock be divided equally between the two respective
trusts, all dividends thereon rolled over to purchase new Bell

Atlantic stock, and at the termination of each respective trust
such Bell Atlantic stock be paid to each respective beneficiary in
kind. It is also my desire that the remaining items in each
respective trust be paid in kind to each respective beneficiary or
sold and the proceeds distributed to each respective beneficiary,
at the discretion of my Trustee.
ITEM V - I nominate and appoint my nephew, LYN MILTON
HAHNLEN, of Sinking Springs, Pennsylvania, to be the Trustee under
this, My Last Will and Testament.
ITEM VI - I nominate and appoint my nephew, LYN MILTON
HAHNLEN to be the Executor of this my Last will and Testament. If
he should fail to qualify as such Executor or cease to serve, then
I nominate and appoint my niece, LETTY ANN HAHN LEN , to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
ITEM VII - My Trustee and Executor shall have the
following powers in addition to and not in limitation of those
contained in the Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries
Code:
(Al To retain all or any part of my property,
real or personal, in the form in which it may be held at
the time of its receipt, including any closely held
business in which I have an interest and the stock of any

corporate fiduciary hereunder, as long as in the exercise
of their discretion it may be advisable so to do,
notwithstanding that said property may not be of a
character authorized by law.
(B) To invest and reinvest any funds held hereunder
in any property, real or personal, including, but not by
way of limitation, bonds, preferred stocks, common
stocks, and other securities of domestic or foreign
corporations or investment trusts, mortgages or mortgage
participations, mutual funds with or without sales or
redemption charges, and common trusts funds, even though
such property would not be considered appropriate or
legal for a fiduciary apart from this provision.
(C) To sell, convey, exchange, partition, give
options to buy or lease upon, or otherwise dispose of any
property, real or personal, at the time held by them, at
private sale only or otherwise, for cash or other
consideration or on credit, and upon such terms and for
such price as they may determine, and to convey such
property free of all trusts.
(0) To borrow money from any person, including my
fiduciary hereunder, for any purpose in connection with
the administration of my estate, to execute promissory

(H) Without limitation of powers elsewhere granted
therein to hold, manage, and develop any real estate
which may be held by them at any time, to mortgage any
such property in such amounts and on such terms as they
may deem advisable, to lease any such property for such
term or terms and upon such conditions and rentals as
they may deem advisable, irrespective of whether the term
of any such lease shall exceed the period permitted by
law or the probable period of retention under this
instrument; to make repairs, replacements and
improvements, structural or otherwise, in connection with
any such property, to abandon any such property which
they deem to be worthless or not of sufficient value to
warrant keeping or protecting, and to permit any such
property to be lost by tax sale or any other proceedings.
(I) To employ such brokers, banks, custodians,
investment counsel, attorneys, and other agents, and to
delegate to them such duties, rights and powers as they
may determine, and for such periods as they think fit.
(J) To register any securities at any time in their
own names, in their names as fiduciary, or in the names
of nominees, with or without indicating the trust
character of the securities so registered.

(K) with respect to any securities held by them,
to vote upon any proposition or election at any meeting
of the corporation issuing such securities, and to grant
proxies, discretionary or otherwise, to vote at any such
meeting; to join or become a party to any reorganization,
readjustment, merger, voting trust, consolidation or
exchange, and to deposit any such securities with any
committee, depository, trustee or otherwise, and to pay
out of the assets held hereunder, any fees, expenses and
assessments incurred in connection therewith, to exercise
conversion, subscription or other rights, and to receive
or hold any new securities issued as a result of any such
reorganization, readjustment, merger, voting trust,
consolidation, exchange or exercise of conversion,
subscription or other rights and generally to take all
action with respect to any such securities as could be
taken by the absolute owner thereof.
(L) To purchase, lease, or sell assets from or
to and otherwise enter into transactions with, my estate,
even if they are fiduciaries or beneficiaries thereof.
(M) To exercise all elections which they may have
with respect to income, gift, estate and inheritance
taxes, including without limitation execution of joint
income tax returns, election to deduct expenses in

the signature of the Testatrix was on the date thereof, signed,
sealed, published and declared by ANNA S. FREY, the Testatrix, as
and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who, at
her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other,
have subscribed our names as witnesses.

I, ANNA S. FRE11, of Hampden Township, Cumberland county,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
,
understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former
wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I -
I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid my Executor, hereinafter named, as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
ITEM II -
I direct that I be interred at Rolling Green
Memorial Park cemetery in the space immediately adjacent to the
grave of my late husband, Charles W. Hawk.
ITEM III -
I give and bequeath my personal effects,
clothing, jewelry, household articles and furniture to my sister,
KATHR11N S. HAHNLEN.
ITEM IV -
All the rest, residue and remainder of my
Estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever
situated, I give, devise and bequeath, in three (3) equal parts, as
follows:
(A) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my nephew, LYN MILTON HAIINLEN.
(B) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my niece LETTY ANN MILLER.
.
(e) One such equal part (being one-third of my residuary
estate) to my TRUSTEE, hereinafter named, to be divided
into two separate and equal trusts, one trust for the
benefit of BRIAN DAVID HAHNLEN, and the other trust for
the benefit of CHAD LYN HAHNLEN, to hold, invest and
reinvest the same, and after paying all of the expenses
necessary or incident to the management of the trusts, to
accumulate or to pay over the net income and such part or
parts of the principal from each respective trust to each
respectlve beneficiary, as in the sole discretion of my
Trustee may be necessary or advisable.
At such time as each respective beneficiary attains the
age of 30 years, each respective trust shall be terminated, at
which time my Trustee shall sell the remaining property in the
respective trust or pay it over to the respective beneficiary, as
my Trustee deems proper. It is my desire, however, that my Bell
Atlantic stock ,be div.ided equally between the two respective
trusts, all dividends thereon rolled over to purchase new Bell

corporate fiduciary hereunde'r, as long as in the exercise
of their discretion it may be advisable so to do,
notwithstanding that said property may not be of a
character authorized by law.
(B) To invest and reinvest any funds held hereunder
in any property, real or personal, including, but not by
way of limitation, bonds, preferred stocks, common
stocks, and other securities of domestic or foreign
corporations or investment trusts, mortgages or mortgage
participations, mutual funds with or without sales or
redemption charges, and common trusts funds, even though
such property would not be considered appropriate or
legal for a fiduciary apart from this provision.
(e) To sell, convey, exchange, partition, give
options to buy or lease upon, or otherwise dispose of any
property, real or personal, at the time held by them, at
private sale only or otherwise, for cash or other
consideration or on credit, and upon such terms and for
such price as they may determine, and to convey such
property free of all trusts.
(D) To borrow money from any person, including my
fiduciary hereunder, for any purp~se in connection with
the administration of my estate, to execute promissory

notes or other obligations for amounts so borrowed, to
secure the payments of such amounts by mortgages or
pledges or any property, real or personal, which may be
held hereunder.
(E) To make loans, 'secured or unsecured, in such
amounts, upon such terms, at such rates of interest, and
to such persons, firms, or corporations as they may deem
advisable.
(F) To renew or extend the time for payment of
any obligation, secured or unsecured, payable to or by
them as fiduciaries, for as long a period or periods of
time and on such terms, as they may determine and to
adjust, settle, and arbitrate claims or demands in favor
of or against them.
(G) In dividing or distributing any property,
real or personal, included herein, to divide or
distribute in cash, in kind, or partly in cash and partly
in.kind as they may determine; except as hereinabove set
forth; and to allot specific securities or other property
or an undivided interest therein to any share or part.

(H) Without limitation of powers elsewhere granted
therein to hold, manage, and develop any real estate
which may be held by them at any time, to mortgage any
such property in such amounts and on such terms as they
may deem advisable, to lease any such property for such
term or terms and upon such conditions and rentals as
they may deem advisable, irrespective of whether the term
of any such lease shall exceed the period permitted by
law or the probable period of retention under this
instrument; to make repairs, replacements and
improvements, structural or otherwise, in connection with
any such property, to abandon any such property which
they deem to be worthless or not of sufficient value to
warrant keeping or protecting, and to permit any such
property to be lost by tax sale or any other proceedings.
(I) To employ such brokers, banks, custodians,
investment counsel, attorneys, and other agents, and to
delegate to them such duties, rights and powers as they
may determine, and for such periods as they think fit.
(J) To register any securities at any time in their
own names, in their names as fiduciary, or in the names
of nominees, with or without indicating the trust
character of the securities so registered.

(K) with respect to any securities held by them,
to vote upon any proposition or election at any meeting
of the corporation issuing such securities, and to grant
proxies, discretionary or otherwise, to vote at any such
meeting; to join or become a party to any reo~ganization,
readjustment, merger, voting trust, consolidation or
exchange, and to deposit any such securities with any
committee, depository, trustee or otherwise, and to pay
out of the assets held hereunder, any fees, expenses and
assessments incurred in connection therewith, to exercise
conversion, subscription or other rights, and to receive
or hold any new securities issued as a result of any such
reorganization, readjustment, merger, voting trust,
consolidation, exchange or exercise of conversion,
subscription or other rights and generally to take all
action with respect to any such securities as could be
taken by the absolute owner thereof.
(L) To purchase, lease, or sell assets from or
to and otherwise enter into transactions with, my estate,
even if they are fiduciaries or beneficiaries thereof.
(H) To exercise all elections which they may have
with respect to income, gift, estate and inheritance
taxes, including without limitation execution of joint
income tax returns, election to deduct expenses in,

the signature of the Testatrix was on the date thereof, signed,
sealed, published and declared by ANNA S. FREY, the Testatrix, as
and for her Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who, at
